                          CHAPTER TWO

As the days went by, Austin had to travel for work,
a trip for an artwork commission, a project he had been working on for months. He was excited to finally see his vision come to life, but he couldn't help feeling a little guilty for leaving Coco.

They had grown so close, and Coco felt a pang of sadness as they said their goodbyes.

"I'll miss you so much," Coco said, her eyes welling up with tears.

Austin pulled her into a tight hug. "I'll miss you too, Coco. But I'll be back before you know it. And we can Facetime each other every day, okay?"

Lexi nodded, feeling a little better. They spent the next few days talking and texting each other constantly, sharing stories and jokes to keep each other's spirits high.

As he traveled to the beautiful coastal town where the artwork would be displayed, he couldn't help but think of Coco and how much he missed her. He sent her constant updates and photos, wanting to share his experience with her.

As Coco was counting down the days until Austin's return, a new male employee started at her workplace. His name was Ethan, and he was assigned to work closely with Coco on a project.

Ethan was charming and friendly, with a quick wit and a bright smile. Coco found herself enjoying his company, but she was quick to remind herself that she was already taken.

As they worked together, Ethan seemed to be taking a keen interest in Coco's life, asking her questions about her interests and hobbies. Coco tried to brush it off as mere small talk, but she couldn't shake the feeling that Ethan was flirting with her.

Meanwhile, Jamie was still away, and Coco couldn't wait to see him again. She confided in Angela about Ethan's behavior, and Angela advised her to be careful.

"Remember, Coco, you're taken," Angela said. "Don't let Ethan get too close. Austin trusts you, and you don't want to jeopardize that."

Coco nodded in agreement, but she couldn't help feeling a little torn. Ethan was fun to be around, and she enjoyed his company. But her heart belonged to Austin, and she wasn't about to let anyone come between them.

Little did she know, Ethan had secrets of his own...

Meanwhile, Coco was dealing with Ethan's increasing flirtation at work. She tried to brush it off, but it was getting harder to ignore.

......

One night, as Austin was working late on the artwork, he met a mysterious and talented local artist named Sophia. They struck up a conversation, and Austin was drawn to her passion and creativity.

As the days went by, Sophia and Austin continued to work together at the studio they both maintain a professional relationship.

One day, while working on their respective projects, they started discussing art and their creative processes. Sophia was impressed by Austin's insights, Sophia showed Austin her own artwork, and he was impressed by her talent. They found themselves laughing and joking together.

But he couldn't help feeling a little uneasy, knowing that Coco would not be happy about him spending time with another woman, no matter how platonic it was.

As they packed up their things to leave, Sophia turned to Austin and said, "You know, I'm really glad we can talk art and laugh together. You're one of the most talented people I've met."

Austin smiled, "Thanks. You're talented too.

To Austin, Sophia was just a coworker, someone who shared his passion for art. He didn't think twice about their conversations, considering them harmless.
