ROSALIE WASN'T A VERY HAPPY QUEEN, she missed a certain person. But she'd never let anyone know that, well, other than her sister Bridget.

Rosalie had temporarily handed the queen duties over to her sister, she'd barely raised her daughter, Red. She took after her... father. Rosalie never talked about him.

Rosalie doesn't actually know how well Bridget's been ruling Wonderland. She's mostly locked herself away in her room, keeping to herself.

All Rosalie knew was that, the kingdom was Red, most would think because of Bridget but Rosalie knew it was for Red's father. Bridget preferred pink.

Bridget went on a downward spiral after Red's father left and stopped writing. She kept saying, 'Rosalie I was right and you know it' and 'Rosalie I told you he'd do this.'

Rosalie sighed as she inspected her newly painted green nails. They were baby green with baby purple and baby blue flowers on them. A knock came from the door, "Come in."

"Your Majesty." A guard spoke, "You and your sister have been summoned to the court yard. Something has happened."

"I'll be just out." Rosalie smiled slightly, "Thank you."

The guard bowed and walked out of the room. After a couple of seconds of sitting, Rosalie stood up, holding her dress up so she didn't trample on it.

When she stood out her room, this green throne was waiting for her that the guards carried, she hated making them do work but she really couldn't be bothered to walk so she sat down and they carried her outside where her sister was sat on her throne.

"Her Royal Highness. Her Majesty. Empress of Wonderland, our Queen Rosalie." One of the guards announced. Rosalie sighed, she hated titles with a passion. It made her feel like she was stomping over everyone and she didn't like it at all.

Rosalie was shocked as she saw the damage around her. She broken plant pots, the ripped up posters of her and Bridget. She was so confused, who would do this?

Bridget was stood a few yards away from the head guard who was down on his knee and looking guilty. Red walked out in a very cool outfit, Rosalie says so herself.

"Her Royal Highness, Princess Red!" The guard announced. Rosalie sent a small smile to her daughter who returned it with a nod. She looked so much like her father.

"Oh. I see you couldn't be bothered to dress for court." Bridget looked her niece up and down, "I find that outfit... offensive."

"Bridget!" Rosalie snapped, standing up and walking over to her sister and daughter, "How dare you talk to my daughter, your niece, that way!"

"I'm sorry sister but do you really want her dressing like that?" Bridget questioned, gesturing to Red.

"She may dress how she wants. I think she looks great. So don't ever talk about her like that again." Rosalie snapped, a stern and angry look plastered to her face.

Bridget nodded, looking at her niece for a second, "Very well. Sorry to ring you both out of your rooms but while your daughter was sleeping and you, my sister, was relaxing, the Royal Plaza was vandalised."

"I see, do we know who it was?" Rosalie asked, looking around at all the damage. It was horrendous, it looked like a tornado crashed through.

"Unfortunately not. And this sorry excuse for a soldier, failed to protect our portrait." Bridget said, speaking almost to the Head Soldier to make him feel bad.

"I'm sure he didn't mean to, maybe the criminal was just too fast." Rosalie said, gesturing to the soldier as she had an idea what her sister was going to suggest they did to him.

"Sister, don't be so soft, he was lazy and someone could have got hurt." Bridget said quietly to her sister, placing a hand on Rosalie's arm before turning to the Red, "So, the question is, what do we do? Poke thorns in his eyes? Off with his head?"

Bridget spun a card between her fingers as she stood in front of Red, "Since you, my niece, will be queen one day, I'll let you decide.

Red looked at the soldier who gave a pleading look before turning back to her aunt, "It's up to me?"

"Mmm." Bridget nodded with a flat smile. Rosalie stood there, praying that something would interrupt it all because she knew there was no stopping her sister.

"Okay." Red nodded, "Well, in that case... Off with his... hat." Red plucked the soldiers hat off his head with a chuckle and placed it on her head.

"Ugh." Bridget doffed as Red playfully bowed. Rosalie placed her hand over her mouth, holding a chuckle back.

"You're such a disappointment. Especially to your mother." Bridget shook her head walking away from her niece, "You know your mother and I were the same way at your age. Desperately wanting to be a queen that everyone would adore. But if I've learnt anything, it's this. It's better to be feared than loved. Love ain't it. Is it sister?"

Rosalie's face was sad, that last comment was a hit at Red's father, "No, it's not."

"Now, try again." Bridget said to Red, gesturing to the soldier.

Red turned to the soldier, "For your crime... you are sentenced to..." Red hesitated, looking back at her Aunty and mother but her mother was looking anywhere but the situation.

"Get it right or I'll show you punishment!" Bridget shouted at her niece angrily.

"I beg your pardon!" A male voice shouted, stopping all commotion, Rosalie sighed in felled that the soldier was in the clear for now, "Apologies for interrupting court, Your Majesties."

"Maddox!" Rosalie smiled as he bowed to her and Bridget, "Please, it's alright. What's your message?"

"Royal delivery." Maddox said, pulling an envelope out of his jacket.

Rosalie walked over to the other guards, "Take him to the dungeon and keep him guarded. But make sure he's taken care of."

Two guards took the accused away as she turned back to Maddox. The envelope flew over to her and opened, a voice coming out of it, "Dear Queen Rosalie, Empress of Wonderland and Queen of Hearts. As the new principal of Auradon Prep, it is my homer to invite your daughter, Red, the Princess of Wonderland, to attend our school. I hope you will all join us for the Welcome Day ceremony. If you accept, this shall serve as your key."

"From pirate to principal?" Bridget spoke in amazement before whispering something incoherent.

"That's amazing. She's come along way." Rosalie smiled, holding her hands on her heart as she turned to Red, "This is wonderful, we accept!"

Red smiled, scoffing slightly, "Wait, hold on. Really?"

"Yes, your mother is right, we do accept." Bridget smiled at her niece. The envelope had a large green tick in it before it flew away.

"But Aunty, you've always said that Auradon is the worst. And mom, you never talk about it so you must have hated it." Red said in confusion.

"Well, with my niece there, it might not always be." Bridget sighed before turning away. Rosalie was already happily sat in her throne and being carried back inside, so whatever Bridget said to Red, she couldn't hear.
