Sakshi opened her eyes only to see herself in a forest?
She stood up and dusted her clothes. Where was she? She looked around and panicked. Was she seeing a dream? If that was the case then why didn't she feel like that?
"Is anybody there?" Her voice cracked and tears gathered in them. She was feeling very scared.
She walked forward and clenched her fists. She was feeling nervous seeing not even a single human nearby. And she didn't know whether it was a good sign or a bad one.
"Sakshi" She heard. She turned around and saw six people standing in front of her. Who were they?
She looked at them confused. "Who are you? Did you bring me here? Why am I here? What wrong have I done to you? And where is Bhai? Did you do something to him?" She cried.
She remembered Rohan was with her. Where was he? She looked around desperately and broke down not finding him.
"Don't cry dear. You are safe", she heard and looked in front again.
"You have time travelled and we are none other than Tridev and Tridevi"
Sakshi stared at them and then got angry. "Why are you fooling me? I am scared. Does this suit you? Why have you brought me here, tell me clearly", she requested.
The six of them sighed. Maybe they knew she wouldn't believe them. Why would she trust such an unimaginable thing? She knew time travel was a hot topic in science fiction and she loved reading the books of it but that didn't mean she would believe anything.
"Let us enlighten you" she frowned at them confused. However, she gasped in shock when her clothes changed in a blink of an eye and she was wearing traditional clothing with jewellery now. She stepped back terrified.
"What is this?" She cried out. She looked in front only to gasp in shock.
The six had changed into something else. Divine. She widened her eyes. Was she really standing in front of gods and goddesses?
She fell on her knees and folded her hands. "Forgive me for my ignorance. I didn't know you all--" she stuttered. Tears rolled down her cheeks. She was dead!
Was she so tired of her life that she died in her sleep?
"It's ok dear", Mata Parvati told her. They came back in their original forms. Mata Lakshmi picked her up and caressed her cheek.
"You have time travelled because destiny chose you", Mata Saraswati said. She looked at her shocked.
"B-but why me?" She stuttered. "Everyone wishes for it", She said.
"Because destiny chose you", Mahadev said simply.
She couldn't say anymore words. She was so confused. "What about my home back there? When will I return?" She asked them.
"You will stay here till the very end", Narayan said and I stumbled. How could she stay here away from her world for so long?
"And you are in a deep sleep in your world. When you return, you will wake up there", Brahma dev said.
She stood shaken in tears. "I don't want to stay here. Please send me back. Please", She begged. She just wanted all this to end like a nightmare.
"To whom?" Mahadev asked strictly. "To your parents who don't care about you? To your friends who use you just because you are a topper? To your relatives who want to help you but can't? To whom?" He asked.
Her heart shattered. He was right. To whom? None of them were her own there. She stood lost.
"Believe us Sakshi. You will stay fine here", Mahadev said. She nodded slowly.
