"Does it hurt?" Jeonghan asked, his eyes leased in worry as it looks up to meet Seungcheol's teasing one.

Yes, he was barely holding his laughter, and yes, Jeonghan smacked his arms in bewilderness, "Don't laugh!"

That was enough for Seungcheol to brust into pile of laughter, the cotton falling off from his fingers as he laughed his heart out, barely managing to keep himself together as Jeonghan watched him with nothing but confusion.

"Why are you laughing?" The bunny hybrid mused, the authority long gone from his voice as he stared at his owner, "Please, this is not funny. You are hurt."

"Yes. Hurt." Seungcheol mimicked his tone, and then learned the bunny hybrid could roll his eyes as well, "What do you think am I? A five year old toddler? That I can't take care of myself?"

"There is blood Seungcheol." Jeonghan's face was dead serious, so much that Seungcheol had to stop laughing just to realise this infact was very serious to Jeonghan.

The bunny hybrid sounded wary, "The last time a saw blood on you, you didn't woke up for hours."

Seungcheol froze.

He was no more laughing.

"I have seen that from my eyes Seungcheol," Jeonghan's eyes were glittering with water, "There was so, so much of blood and then- then you weren't opening your eyes! Everyone was calling for you, they were crying, and for one moment I thought-"

"That I died?" Seungcheol chuckled, but his humour wasn't really reciprocated in the same way by the hybrid, "That wasn't funny."

"I know, I know." Seungcheol's cold fingers slightly rubbed against Jeonghan's cheeks, wiping off the tear that spilled out from corner of his eyes, "I am sorry."

Jeonghan blinked in confusion, "For what?"

"For everything."

Jeonghan blinked, once, twice, thrice, until he decided he was no more pondering over the said statement. Humans were complicated, they always tend to speak in a way that even human can't understand, and he was a bunny, there was no way he could understand what that meant.

Because Seungcheol had no reason to say sorry. And for everything? What was that even about?!

"Am i supposed to forgive you even if I don't understand what you are meaning to say?" Jeonghan asked, so innocently that it managed to creak up a smile on Seungcheol's face. The older pressed his lips in thin line, "If you want to."

"But I don't know what you are sorry for."

"Then forgive me when you know about it."

Jeonghan thought, he genuinely pondered about the idea, and then even innocently agreed to it. Seungcheol was amused, totally endeared by the way Jeonghan had put his all belief in him.

Atleast there was somebody who trusted him. Seungcheol chuckled by himself. Jeonghan had a pure soul, he has a heart that of child, it wasn't a wonder why he thought so highly of Seungcheol for every little thing it does.

And a heart like that was easily broken in a world like this. Seungcheol's own was crushed down  to the point that it's almost impossible to piece them back together. There was no sanity left in him to think about anything anymore. He was hollow, all empty from inside, something that was totally necessary to be in this world.

But Jeonghan was different, he was nowhere like Seungcheol. He had hope, he had feelings, and he was not afraid to say them out loud. He was like a sunshine, totally contrasting with the way society lives with its norms, and wanted everyone to live as well.
