Ace
I chase my mate through the woods. She definitely knows how to run. But why she is running from me I just don't know. I have to find her. I quickly get to my feet and chase after her all too alluring scent.
It takes me just a few minutes before I am standing about fifteen feet behind her and she stands on a tall ledge over looking a river. Her leg is bleeding heavily and I feel really bad about hurting her.
She looks back at me for a split second before running from the river. Of course I follow. I follow her for what seems like an hour but it was probably only minutes.
Eventually we arrive at a small camp site and my mate starts packing up her things without shifting back to human form. I walk upto her and growl. SHE WILL NOT LEAVE ME!
She looks me right in the eye bats her lashes at me and goes straight back to packing. She is far too good at packing in wolf form. Makes me think how many times she has had to pack up and leave. To run.
But she will not run from me!
I step in front of her and growl loudly. Apparently she doesn't think too much of it and side steps me as she continues to pack. I repeat my actions and get into a position where by I can tackle her if needs be.
She looks at me as if I am daft (crazy). Going back to her packing I make a move to tackle her but she sees this coming and moves out of the way just in time for me to land flat on my stomach. I will give her one thing; she definitely has back bone.
There's just one thing that I need to know: what is she so scared of that she won't accept help? What is she running from?
