Final Fight:

On skies of inescapable lightning clouds and lands of erupting volcanos two stand. A large man with the strength of a Dragon, and a young boy with the courage of a Knight King fought with convictions unknowable to common man. Even in the harshest environment possible, the two were only affected by each other's attacks. The battle between the strongest knew no limits, whether land, sea, or air. With the pair being pretty beaten the man asks something.

"It's awfully cramped, Arthur." The man refers to the boy.

"The world's not big enough for the both of us. Wouldn't you agree?"

The Arthur in Question responds by collecting all of his strength to attack the man once again. Arthur stabs the incredibly resilient man in the stomach, sending him to the cloud quickly followed up by a slash across the stomach.

'Eight-Fold Strike' he states the name of the technique to himself.

For the first time ever, the unparalleled man spills blood. The man now feeling this sensation for the first time screams but not in anger.

"What a Delight!" The man roars as he emerges into a new form, one resembling his namesake, Dragon.

The two quickly fall into another bout with Arthur on the losing side. Suddenly, Dragon blitzes Arthur into the void of space. Moments later the two appear on the moon.

"There is no one but us on the moon. none shall interfere" Dragon calmly admits to Arthurs Surprise.

After a few more blows are taken from each side The Knight realizes something.

'I can't breathe!!' he comes to the terrible realization.

"What's wrong?" Dragon asks in confusion.

'I can't move... is this the end?' Arthur asks himself

"I suppose you can't survive this far away from earth. It seems like a whelp like you couldn't dispel my despair. And here I had hoped this fight would continue until the end of time." Dragon monologues unapologetically.

Arthur, unable to control his muscles, drops his blade excalibur.\

"Begging for your life by dropping your weapon, are you? I had such a high opinion of you. You disappoint me." Dragon continues. " There's nothing stopping me from leaving a whelp like you to crumble here to dust."

Then, out of nowhere.

[Arthur equipped the Star Ring.]

Mysterious text appears on the horizon, and Arthur Boyle gains the ability to live among the stars.

"Dragon! I can still fight" Arthur declares "I will never be despaired by you!!"

"Is that so? In that case..." Dragon respondes "Let us determine the future of the stars!!"

Again text appears inside the cosmos.

[Dragon Appeared.]

"Through this ring, I can turn the thought of earth's people into power" The Knight King States

"Then let's start!!" Dragon roars

The two clash sword and claw in a lethal battle of will. They jump among the cosmic text trading blows.

"I'll make you find hope in my strength, Dragon!!" the Space knight boasts.

"I only want to see you despair." Dragon retorts, "I'm Going to crush you."

The legendary clash dives further into the cosmos. Blow after blow holds more weight in the future of the cosmos as the last. This deciding fight seems like an eternity in only a few moments.

"Give it up. You're going to die here" Dragon remarks at the worse for wear state of Arthur.

"Yeah, you're right." Arthur briefly remarks before Dragon realizes something.

Arthur Boyle, the man in front of him, is nothing more than a boy who lives in delusion and sees waking dreams. Imagining impossible things, impossible beings. To see the impossible, to dream the fantastic... that is what people call a fool! However, this man... he enjoys himself. He enjoys life. Even after being forsaken by his own parents. In his delusions, in his enjoyment he does not even know what dejection is. Is he really the definition of a fool, then? Does he not just live life well? And so he endeavors to enjoy such a thing as death. It is to him the mythical Avalon where knight kings rest.

Arthur realized something about Dragon. In dragon immortality he has felt nothing. No goal, no love, no fear of death. To Dragon death would be his hope to escape his miserable life.

For both of them, hope lies in death.

"I shall finish you, dragon!" Arthur Boyle claims.

"Does my years' worth of despair end with your sword, Arthur!?" Dragon questions.

"Be thankful Dragon, that I stood here. In this strike, you'll find hope." the Knight remarks.

"Let's enjoy this!!" Arthur offers as his final words "Our death!!"

At this moment

Both fighters in bad shape realize their forms for a final move.

The King of Knights holds his sword as if trying to reach the heavens.

The Dragon of Despair charges his final breath as if trying to enact divine punishment.

Dragon fires his breath first, incinerating Arthur's lower body. With just a torso left Arthur swings.

'Violet Flash: Earth Divider' Arthur provides the name of his final move which split the earth in two

Even if he's run through, he'll slice you apart!

In the last moments of this dull existence you have shown me hope. Thank you!" Dragon cries loudly as he fades away into space.

After Dragon had fallen he acknowledged his achievement "Hey!! Shinra!! How long are you gonna keep playing the devil?! I became the knight king!"

As he drifts into space he remarks to himself "Though I might've let him land one to many hits. I feel like this will take a hell of a long time to mend..."

He stared into the sun "it shines even brighter than it does on earth..."

As did Dragon, Arthur offers his final words "I leave the rest to you... HERO!"

And with that Arthur drifts into the sun along with his sword disappearing from this universe.
