On the Paris rooftops, it's night time and the guys are on the roofs trying to find a better view of their house.
"But Thomas, Madame will be so worried. Are you sure we can't get home tonight?"
"Mama, I'm tired"
"Me too, and my feet hurt"
but princess and the kittens are getting tired and want some rest, Diane carries princess who is sleeping.
"Look baby, it's late, and the kids are bushed" Tom says
"I'll bet we walked a hundred miles"
"I'll bet it's more than a thousand"
"Now, now, darlings. Cheer up. Mister O'Malley knows a place where we can stay tonight"
"How much farther is it, mister O'Malley?"
" Keep your whiskers up, tiger. It's just beyond the next chimney pot. Well, there it is. My own penthouse pad. It's not exactly the Ritz, but it's peaceful and quiet"
he leads him to his home in an abonded building, where music is heard that his old friends scat cat and his gang are hanging out.
"Oh! Oh, no. Sounds like Scat Cat and his gang have dropped by"
"Oh. Friends of yours?"
"Uh-huh. Yeah. They're old buddies and the're real swingers"
"Swingers? What is a swinger?"
"You know. Uh, not exactly your type, Duchess. Maybe we'd better find another place, huh?"
"Oh no, no, no, I would like to see yor pad, and meet your Scat Cat"
"Well, okay" They look down from a roof window.
"Hey, Scat Cat! Blow some of that sweet stuff my way!"
"Well, looky here! Big man O'Malley is back in his alley! Swing on down here, daddy" scat cat laughs.
"Lay some skin on me, Scat Cat, yeah!" they all greed each other
"Buona sera, paesano!"
"Welcome home, O'Malley!"
"Duchess, this is the greatest cat of 'em all"
"Oh, I'm delighted to meet you, monsieur Scat Cat" Scat Cat kisses her paw.
"Likewise, Duchess. You're too much"
"Oh, ho, ho. You are charming!"
Then scat cat and his crew eyes Diane all whistling at her because she is a fox.
"Who's the fox O'Malley" scat cat asked as he puts his arm around him and they all cat call Diane but she couldn't hear them.
"This is Diane and her daughter princess" O'Malley introduced them as Diane puts princess down.
She wakes up and when she rubs her eyes, they meet princess who all aww at her cuteness.
"Aw what a cutie" scat cat says as the others cooed her for her cuteness.
"Why hi there cutie" scat cat waves.
"Who's this" princess aksed.
"These are a few friends of mines kid" O'Malley says.
"And your music it so-- so different. But so exiting" dishes asked.
"It isn't Beethoven, mama, but it sure bounces"
"Say! This kitten cat knows where it's at!"
"Knows where what's at?" Marie asked.
"Well, little lady, let me elucidate here"
Later that night, after the cats heads home, Duchess and Diane put the kittens to sleep, after they tucked the kittens and princess into bed.
"Everybody wants to be a cat" the kittens try singing.
"Because a cat's the only cat Who knows where it's at"
"Oh, yeah!"
"Happy dreams, my loves" dishes says
Then she and diane go to the window and look at the night sky then Diane leaves dutchess and thomas to have a plesent conversation.
She joins O'Malley on the roof, "I'll bet they're on that magic carpet right now"
"They could hardly keep their eyes open. Ah. Such an exiting day"
"It sure was. And what a finale"
"Thomas, your friends are really delightful. I just love them"
"Well, they're kinda rough, you know, around the edges, but if you're ever in a ham, wham, they're right there"
"And wham, when we needed you, you were right there"
"That was just a lucky break for me, baby"
"Oh, thank you so much for offering us your home. Oh, I mean your pad. It's very nice"
"Well now, wait a minute. You know, this is the low-rent district, remember?"
"No, no, no, I like it, well, uh-- well, all it needs is a little tidying up and, well, maybe a little feminine touch"
"Well, if you're applying for the job, well-- Marie to"
"Goody. Mother's going to work for mister O'Malley"
"Boy, your eyes are like sapphires. Gee. Huh. That's pretty corny, though, huh?"
"No, not at all. Any woman would like it. Oh, I, I mean, even little Marie"
"All those little kittens, Duchess. I love 'em"
"And they are very fond of you"
"Yeah!"
"Shh!"
"You know, they need-- well, you know, a sort-- well a sort of a-- well, a father around"
"Oh, Thomas, Thomas, that would be wonderful. Oh, darling, if, if only I could"
"But why can't you?"
"Because of Madame. I-- I could never leave her"
"But-- but Madame is-- well, she's just another human. You're just her house pets"
"Oh no, no, we mean far more to her than that. Oh, sorry my dear. We just have to go home tomorrow"
"Yeah. Well.. I guess you know best. And I'm gonna miss you, baby. Huh, and those kids. Gee, I'm gonna miss them too"
"Well, we almost had a father"
"Yeah. Let's go back to bed"
"Good night, Duchess"
"Good night, Thomas"
