Meeting with Phantom

Jihyo's Pov

Fuck still hurts, I lost again if we had a weapon back then maybe I'm not alive today 

"But that asshole really said that to me" I'm still upset from the message Dahyun said to me

FLASHBACK

"Good thing you are awake now. But I have a message for you from Jeongyeon. And I qoute 'You lost to me again, Phantom Jyo' that's what she wants me to rely" Dahyun said and left

END OF FLASHBACK

"Hey Ms. Park Jihyo, my name is Im Nayeon a new member of the company" so this is Im Nayeon

"Yes, Ms. Im what can I do for you?" I asked her

"I just want to have a chat with you that's all"

"Alright, what do you want to talk about?"

"Jeongyeon but you known her as Reaper. Who is that person? I want to understand my father's reasoning that's all"

Is she seriously asking me about that bastard? She's joking right? Why me? 

"Are you sure you're asking the right person?" I asked her

"Yes. You have a history with that person and you two clearly hate each other's guts to the point of trying to kill one another" 

That's true though, but why is she curious about her? I know my uncle and her dad trying to recruit that jerk for years now

"I just recently learned that your dad and my uncle is trying to recruit that shitface. I hate her and I'll make sure to kill her next time we met" I said seriously

"You know this already right? She killed my base commander 3 years ago by pretending to be a new recruit dispatch to our base" I starts sharing/telling the story

"No, it wasn't in any files in the company nor outside sources have any data of it. This is my first time hearing this" Ms. Im said

Mr. Im and my uncle came in the room too, and nod to me to continue what is my problem with Reaper aka Jeongyeon

"Reaper have a image of a beautiful handsome person so no one suspected her as a woman and get the identity of a private named Kim Eunho

For a for months she was training with us during a rescue mission we also found private Kim Hyunwoo's body he's alive but unconcious"

"How did you find Reaper then?" Ms. Im asked me

"I went back to camp as soon as possible, but I was already too late the base got wiped out by a single individual. All the close subodinates of the Commander are dead.

I check his room then I see 2 woman soldier naked and bruised up. Reaper is standing in front of the Commander, his arms and legs are nailed in the wall" I paused as I still vividly remembers every detail of that incident

"I witness how she killed that man. This is what I heard from her 'Jeon Jiwoon send her regards' she chopped his genitals using a rusty knife and put it in his mouth.

Her last act is pouring a can of alcohol on him then she lit her cigars with a matchstick just to set him on fire.  That's all I can say to you" I cut my story there

"Oh my. She is more brutal than what I thought" Ms. Im Nayeon's expression is pure disgust and fear

"If you don't mind me asking this what happened to the girls and who's Jeon Jiwoon?" She asking me a question regarsing the women involved

"They are both soldier who is being SAs by the Commander and his close subordinates. And I later found out that Jeon Jiwoon is a soldier too who got discharged after making a SA report against the commander" that's it

Nayeon is connecting the dots about this one. If I only knew I would do the same for those woman that got abused

"So Jeon Jiwoon hired the Reaper to kill the Commander and everyone involved? He killed the worst kind of people for money?" She's talking to herself

"You both missed something important. Reaper didn't take the payment on that particular contract" my uncle said and I didn't know that either

"Then why did she finished the hit? If there is no money involved?" Nayeon asked my uncle

"Well Reaper is known to have a hot head and from what I recieved. Reaper got hold of the request but the camp said because it's involved a military commander.

She took it and said it will be done for free. She then read the details of the request and decided that her target is a piece of shit" JYP answered

"Yeah Reaper talked to the client about that man's personality and crimes he did. Reaper learned that at the same time you, Jihyo was sent on a rescue mission. She throw away the plan to kill them secretly.

But because of anger driven her to her first instinct. Bloodlust took over and the massacre happened at the base" Mr. Im telling them the other hidden info

"Where did you get all those info?" Nayeon asking her dad

"From our informant at the military base and the leader of the mercenary camp where Reaper came from. By the way that camp is gone someone killed everyone there and left but some got lucky to be away for a mission" Mr. Im said casually informing us

"I'm going now" Nayeon said and leave first

My uncle JYP and Mr. Im stayed to talk to me about something related to incident last time

"Jihyo Mr. & Mrs. Myoui wants you to be their daughter's main bodyguard. You'll be allowed to carry a gun provided by our agency" Mr. Im explaining

"So what's the problem?" I asked them

"They want to hire Reaper too. I know its a problem for you and also us because he decline our offer to him" Jyp said

"Uncle you know I hate that human trash. And I will never work with her!" I firmly said

And then a familiar voice was heard inside my room when I look at the door

"And who told you I want to work with you Phantom"
