The morning light streamed through Y/N’s window as he stirred from a deep sleep, his body still feeling the effects of the intense match against Nathan Frazer the night before. The adrenaline had worn off, and he felt every bump, every suplex, every strike. But there was a sense of satisfaction that outweighed the soreness. He had proven himself in the ring, not just to the fans, but to his peers, and more importantly, to himself.

After a hot shower and some light stretches to ease his muscles, Y/N checked his phone. He smiled when he saw a message from Thea, sent early in the morning:

Thea:"Hey, superstar! How’s the body feeling today? Ready to hit the gym again or taking a break? 😜"

Y/N laughed, appreciating her energy and support. He quickly replied:

Y/N:"Morning, Thea! Body’s a bit sore, but nothing I can’t handle. I might take it easy today, though. You at the gym already?"

It didn’t take long for Thea to reply, her enthusiasm coming through in her message:

Thea:"Of course I am! Gotta keep this energy up 💪! But hey, how about we grab lunch later? I think you deserve some rest and good food after last night’s battle!"

Y/N appreciated the gesture. After the intensity of the past few days, some downtime with Thea sounded like exactly what he needed.

Y/N:"Lunch sounds great. How about we meet at that little café near the arena around noon?"

Thea:"Perfect! See you then!"

A Few Hours Later – The Café

Y/N arrived at the café a little before noon, wearing a casual outfit and sunglasses to blend in. He spotted Thea sitting outside, already sipping on a smoothie. She waved excitedly as soon as she saw him, her usual vibrant energy impossible to miss.

“Hey, superstar!” she greeted with a wide smile as he approached.

Y/N chuckled and sat across from her. “I’m not sure I’ve earned the ‘superstar’ title just yet.”

“Oh, come on,” Thea teased. “You had the entire crowd on their feet last night. That match was fire, and you know it.”

Y/N smiled modestly as he glanced at the menu. “Thanks, Thea. It felt good to be out there, especially knowing you and the Chase U crew were watching.”

“Of course! We wouldn’t have missed it. But enough about the match,” Thea said, leaning forward slightly. “How are you feeling about everything? You’ve been on a pretty big roll lately.”

Y/N thought for a moment before answering. “Honestly, I feel good. It’s been a whirlwind, but I’m enjoying it. Wrestling’s always been my dream, you know? And now that I’m living it, I just want to keep improving, keep learning.”
