Mr park waited for a response, arms crossed as he watched Yoongi's struggle to form an reply, sensing something there was wrong
After a brief moment of silence, as a interruption of the silent atmosphere, Yoongi's voice came out in silence, barely audible, "Everything is fine, Appa. I'm happy"
However, it didn't bring satisfaction to Mr Park, his heart twigged still at Yoongi's reply, a unfamiliar sense of vulnerability evident in Yoongi's tone, and he had not failed to notice them
He forced a smile, "Fine, You can leave," he said, voice coming out calm, "but if there's something wrong, inform me" he completed, tone indifferent from declaration
Yoongi nodded, taking heavy and frantic steps towards the door as he vanished into the air. Mr Park frowned, his gaze sharp, fixated onto the ajar door
It was evident that the couple had been hiding something from him, and he wanted to know the truth, he had many thoughts racing in his mind, getting resilienced as the time passes
Time skip (let's get a bit of Yoonmin)
Jimin, an astonishment to the god, placed a book on his lap, a pen swirling in his fingers as his eyes casted on the books, trying to fix the bewildered, inconsiderate maelstrom disguised as Multiple-choice questions
His brows furrowed, his eyes trailed off each questions, leaving each one blank, a resemblance of emptiness in his academic statistics. After a brief moment of silence, he groaned in frustration, throwing the heavy book across the floor
Yoongi, who was about to enter, stopped by the abrupt move of the book, he placed the coffee cup on a table besides, crouching down as he took the book in his hands, wiping off the curt dust nestled on top of the book
He looked at Jimin, whose eyes were holding a palpable outstretch of frustration, he took small steps towards Jimin, not forgetting to grab the coffee cup
He placed them both infront of Jimin, right when he was about to leave, he felt a hand grasping his wrist, he knew who it was, his head turned towards Jimin in a frantic way
Jimin, eyes sharp, his deep features glowing against the soft glow of sunlight casting through the windows, held a hint of frustration yet curiosity, "Help me" he asked, not as an request, but an declaration
Yoongi almost choked out, what was that? But he remained silent, concealing his outgrowing anxiety with a neutral face, "Y..Yes?"
"These books, mathematics, algebra, or anything you name it" Jimin said, his tone nonchalant as he mentioned the names, pulling Yoongi onto the bed besides him, he picked up the coffee cup, an instinct inorder to not let it fall
Yoongi remained silence, a untold representation of his lingering anxiety. Hands darted towards the book as he opened them swiftly, feeling Jimin's dark gaze hovering upon him
After a brief moment, Jimin placed the empty cup on the nightstand, his gaze flickered back to Yoongi, watching as he started explaining the sums, one by one, calm.
But Jimin wasn't listening, his heart drowning deliberately, silent whispers of their marriage vows flashed in his vision, From their first eye contact to skin contact, Yoongi held a whirlwind of emotions in his eyes, somehow noticed by Jimin
But he was billigerent to fall for them, despite his pugnacious demeanor, his actions were aloof yet abusive with Yoongi, passing a series of appal and terrorization
Throughout the whole marriage, Jimin was distant and cold with Yoongi, which already had him to shed tears right away, being a sensitive and fragile figure he was, the thought of Jimin's aloofness and coldness had sent a wave of distress through him
He was clever to realise something in a hast, Jimin wasn't someone he was expecting, his heart told him, a desperate urge to run out off the marriage ceremony twigged at his mind, but he refused so
A brief moment of silence had enveloped the hall, replaced by a cheer of enthusiastic clapping, a silent congratulation for their married life, guess, it was a curse instead of bliss
He held his own turbulent emotions a secret, locked and Buried six-feet below his heart, plastering a sweet smile on his face as Mr Park blessed them both, the person who held the responsibilities of this marriage
To be factual, Mr Park, don't blame him, was the reason of their unwanted marriage, he tend to notice Yoongi's tears which he hardly held back, a unfamiliar confusion tugged his heart, but having to deal with the attenders of the marriage, his mind brushed it off
Jimin, never a fan of love or Marriage, held a strong whirlwind of anger rushing at his father. The anger and desperation for freedom stormed towards Yoongi in the name of abuse
Despite everything, he forced himself to believe Yoongi as a gold digger, which is evidently stupid, but he refused to accept so, a repudiation triggered by the anger at his father, yet he couldn't lash it out at him, considering the undeniable fear for his father since childhood.
Yoongi, despite the torture he recieved, sedated by a unfamiliar feeling for Jimin, named love —which can also be undeniably named fear—, refused to dislocate himself away from him
Inspite of the torture he had experienced in his past life, this one was more demanding, deliberately drowning himself in a silent rhythm of pain. His kind heart, an constant and considerate curse, ceasing himself to put Jimin in a problem by telling his father about his cruel and sinful acts
