Energy City citizens have a hard time achieving Enchantix. According to its history, every other citizen has an incomplete Enchantix. Here is a list of those whose Enchantix powers were incomplete:
1. Celia, fairy of sea life
2. Aria, fairy of quintessence
3. Electra, fairy of reserved energy
4. Spectra, fairy of prisms
5. Serenity, fairy of stability
These fairies have incomplete Enchantix powers because they were either too aggressive or too incompetent. This results in various durations of remaining in a state of incomplete Enchantix powers for a certain period of time, some for a few years, others for the rest of their lives, and others for a short period of time. However, once they achieve complete Enchantix powers, their title changes. Take these examples:

2. Electra, fairy of energy
3. Serenity, fairy of neutrality
