"I regret the last fifteen years of my life. Wasted by a single job I should've never taken. A single job that could break the will of a human being..... Fazbear Entertainment. What a vile corporation. Founded by two admittedly shady individuals that seem like they don't understand how to run a stable business like normal people. The people that took over their franchise aren't so clean either. Hell, signing up for the job they gave me, I turned out to have dirty hands myself that I wish I could take back. All the dread surrounding this franchise meant for a family-friendly audience. I care deeply for kids and their well-being, even though I never had any of my own. The horrors that have wrought them and their parents has traumatized me. It all started back in 1983 at the earliest location: "Fredbear's Family Diner". Well, that's when I came into the fold. This really started back in the very late '70's. But the true horror started in '83. There were other locations, surprisingly enough. But what happened in that short year changed lives for worse. I never worked for Fazbear Entertainment again after October."

"But for some reason, this company kept guiding me back like a tractor beam from sci-fi. I still oversaw every location since the Diner. The one in '85, rebranded as "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza", closed two years after a so-labeled "Bite" by the press that was brutal to witness. The location in '90 lasting for three years until certain anomalies and blood were discovered. Anomalies I knew all too well. During the time of that location, an experimental attraction was in the works. By '93, it was already finished and opened to public. "Freddy Fazbear's Mall Of Fantasy And Fun". Or "Freddy's Mall" for short. It could've been such a major break for the company. Five years, this one lasted. Everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong in March of '98..."

MARCH 21ST, 1998, FREDDY FAZBEAR'S MALL OF FANTASY AND FUN

A normal Saturday afternoon at Freddy Fazbear's Mall Of Fantasy And Fun was like any other for the past five years. The weather was nice, the families that came to the establishment we're joyous to partake in the activities provided. Especially the children, having tons of fun with the animatronics, the Funtime Arcade, and all the attractions. The cast of characters in the mall all brought something new and exciting for guests. Freddy Fazbear himself, Bonnie the Bunny, Chica the Chicken, Foxy the Pirate Fox all have been relocated to this establishment from the old pizzeria location, and they have served it well within five years. Fazbear Entertainment also decided to bring two old animatronics they've yet to salvage because they belong to the company's founder, William Afton, and have been preserved in excellent condition since the earliest location, Fredbear's Family Diner. The two animatronics, known as the Toy Soldier and Hallows the Scarecrow, were both given their own places in the mall and their own attractions that really brought older children together even more.

"Everything seemed normal. Kids were having the best time of their lives. From Bonnie's Guitar Rally to Foxy's Pirate Cove, it was the most fun I've seen children have at one of these establishments since the Diner."

Suddenly, the HandUnit, an AI intercom voice developed by the company, started to speak throughout the mall. "Attention! The Toy Soldier is awaiting new recruits at his Training Grounds! For the next ten minutes, any and all guests that want to join his ranks, do so now before the battle for the Sugar Plum Fairy Kingdom can begin!" the HandUnit announced.

"And be quick about it! That is a direct order!" a deep British voice shouted over the intercom. This was the voice of the Toy Soldier animatronic. The children who heard the voice all cheered and rushed to the Training Grounds attraction along with their parents following. This attraction, on the northeastern side of the mall on the first floor, was extremely popular. And vast. It consisted of a relatively large set that was created to look like a battlefield-like arena full of vibrant colors. Bright blues, violets, blushing reds, accented with white and dark grey. The roof was designed with a night sky and a full moon in mind. The battlefield itself looked like a Candyland-esque environment to fit the Toy Soldier's theme.
