Hayden disappears into the bathroom for a few minutes, leaving me alone with my thoughts. I can't shake the feeling of anticipation that bubbles beneath my skin.

When he finally returns, his presence fills the room with a warmth that makes my heart race. He leans against the doorframe, a playful smirk on his lips. "Hey, are you sore?" he asks, his voice low and teasing.

I bite my lip, a smile creeping onto my face. "A little," I admit, my cheeks flushing.

The memory of our earlier activities rushes back, igniting a spark of excitement within me. Hayden steps closer, and I can see the gentle glimmer in his eyes. "Good," he says, his tone playful yet sincere.

He scoops me up and carries me bridle style to the bathroom. When we get in, I'm greeted by the sight of a beautifully arranged space.

The bathtub is filled with warm water, steam rising in soft tendrils. The flickering candlelight dances across the walls, casting soft shadows that create a cosy and intimate atmosphere. The warm glow feels like a gentle embrace, and the sweet scent of lavender lingers in the air, soothing my senses. It looks inviting, almost like a little sanctuary, and I can't help but smile at the effort he put into creating this moment for us.

"Wow, you really went all out," I tease, turning to face him.

He chuckles, a hint of pride in his voice. "Only the best for you."

He effortlessly cradles me in his arms as he carries me to the tub. My heart races at the feeling of being so close to him, the warmth of his body surrounding me. He sets me down gently, and I sink into the water, the heat enveloping me like a soft blanket.

The water is the perfect temperature, soothing my muscles and washing away the tension of the day. I let out a contented sigh, leaning back slightly as I feel the warmth seep into my skin.

Hayden joins me, slipping into the tub behind me. The water splashes softly as he settles in, wrapping his arms around my waist. The sensation of his body against mine sends a shiver down my spine, and I lean back into him, feeling safe and cherished.

He kisses the side of my neck, his lips warm and soft against my skin. "You feel amazing," he whispers, his breath sending a wave of goosebumps across my arms.

I close my eyes, savouring the moment. The combination of the warm water, his touch, and the flickering candlelight creates a perfect cocoon of intimacy.

I can't remember the last time I felt so at peace, so connected to someone. "Might have to have more sex with you so we can do this again." I tease, glancing back at him over my shoulder.

"I'd never say no to you," he replies, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

I can't help but smile, excitement bubbling within me.

There's a comfortable silence that envelops us, and I can feel the rhythm of our breaths syncing. My heart races, not from nerves, but from the sheer thrill of being here with him. He brushes a stray hair behind my ear, his fingers grazing my cheek, sending a shiver down my spine.

For a few minutes, we just sit here, lost in our own little world. I can feel the warmth radiating from him, and it's as if the silence speaks volumes.

I caress his arm, tracing the outline of his muscles, feeling the strength beneath his skin. He responds by lightly running his fingers through my hair, and I close my eyes, savouring the moment.

Then, as if the silence has built up enough courage, Hayden leans in closer and whispers, "I feel so lucky to have you, Ophelia."

His voice is soft, vulnerable, and it makes my heart swell. I turn to look at him, and the sincerity in his eyes makes me melt.
