I trudge back to my apartment, the weight of the day heavy on my shoulders. The classes have drained me, leaving me longing for a moment of peace. Oliver is waiting for me as I enter his presence a comforting anchor in the sea of weariness that seems to constantly engulf me.
''Hey, rough day?'' Oliver's concern is evident in his voice as he observes my fatigued state.
I sink onto the couch, the weight of the day pressing down on me. ''Yeah, it's been a long one. And the nightmares...they've been more frequent lately,'' I admit, my vulnerability seeping into my words. ''I feel like I'm carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders, and it's getting harder to shake off. Everyone said it would be easier but it really doesn't.''
Oliver's gaze softens, his support unwavering. ''You know you don't have to bear it alone, right? We're in this together, always,'' he reassures me.
I look at him, gratitude filling my heart. ''I know, and I appreciate you more than words can say. It's just...sometimes it feels like I'm drowning. But having you here makes it all a little more bearable,'' I confess, the weight on my chest easing slightly with each word.
Oliver's hand finds mine, a silent gesture of solidarity. ''We'll figure it out together, Phe. And remember, you're not alone in this. We'll tackle those nightmares and whatever else comes our way, side by side like we've always been,'' he promises, his eyes reflecting the unwavering support he offers.
Oliver's warm smile envelops me as he suggests, "How about we go to mine, order your favourite takeout and watch a movie, tonight? A little comfort food might do wonders, it's like chocolate, it makes everything better."
Oliver's suggestion fills me with a sense of warmth and relief. Excitement dances in my eyes as I agree, "That sounds perfect. A cosy night in with good food and a movie is just what I need right now."
As we make our way to his place, we discuss our takeout options, debating between sushi or pizza, our two favourites that never fail to delight our taste buds.
Upon reaching Oliver's apartment, we settle on ordering sushi. Picking a movie proves to be a fun challenge as we browse through options, finally deciding on Finding Nemo. As we nestle into the sofa, I make myself comfortable, surrounding myself with soft blankets and plump pillows. Oliver joins me on the sofa, and together we sink into the cushions, ready to unwind and lose ourselves in the movie, the worries of the day fading away in the comfort of each other's company.

I wake up to the gentle morning light seeping through the curtains, casting a soft glow in the room. My eyes flutter open, adjusting to the new day, and I look around. I find Oliver still asleep on the sofa, his peaceful expression serene in slumber. Glancing at the clock, I see it's just past 7 o'clock. Carefully, I get up, trying not to wake Oliver yet, and head into the kitchen to grab a glass of water. As I enter, I notice someone sitting on one of the stools at the island.
"Hi," I say nervously, my heart racing as I meet the boy's gaze. His eyes hold a spark of interest, mirroring my own curiosity. His lips curl into a slight smile as his gaze shifts towards me. I immediately notice his very striking features. He has a head of gorgeous, thick, and fluffy hair. The blonde locks cascade down his face, adding a touch of brightness to his overall appearance. It complements his rugged charm and adds a sunny vibe to his presence. His jawline is strong and defined, adding an even bigger air of masculinity to his appearance. And don't even get me started on those arms! They are well-toned and muscular.
''H-''
Suddenly, Oliver stirs awake, his eyes landing on the both of us. With a warm smile, he introduces us, "Good morning! Ophelia, this is Hayden. Hayden, meet my twin sister, Ophelia."
