CAITLIN'S POV:

We just reached the training ground, the ride back was uneventful however, some of the girls were still enjoying the win, which they should be. But, some girls just chilled since it was a busy game. It is now 4:30, Katie slept the whole way back, thankfully. "Great game today everyone!" Jonas shouts as we reach the car park. Everyone claps since this was one of our best games. We come to a stop, and everyone starts collecting their belongings, this is where I realise for everyone to get off the bus I need to move my foot. Beth is the first person stood waiting, "Take your time Cait no one is in a rush." This reassures me more than she knows. I finally move my foot, and everyone starts filing out, Kyra stays opposite watching like a hawk. Letting everyone leave before her.

Everyone finally gets off the bus leaving me Katie and Kyra on the bus. Katie has stayed asleep, which makes this process simpler, so I don't have to worry over her. Kyra is spaced out, "Kyra. Kyra." She jumps, "Yeh, fine." I just nod towards her because somehow, I need to get my boot on our bags off and help Katie off. "Kyra, can you put my boot on for me please, Katie is kind of blocking me from being able to." Kyra giggles as she watches Katie shift with as much of her body on Cait as she could.

KYRA'S POV:

I reach over to grab Cait's boot, "Cait can you put your ankle in my lap to make is easier for me?" She nods and winces while doing so. I slip her ankle in the boot and remove all the ice packs and bags from around her feet. "Thanks, Kyra." "I am just going to wake Katie up." I agree with her since Katie will only be truthful if she is with people she trusts. I grab all her bags to try and help as much as possible, but all I feel is useless.

CAITLIN'S POV:

"Katie babe. You need to wake up now." She grunts but sits up and rubs her eyes, I give her a second to wake up. "Hey baby." Katie first full sentence for a couple hours, I rub her face, and she moves away from the spot she has made herself. "We have to get off, the bus driver is waiting." She nods, "Okay." I get slowly move around getting my foot into the aisle and making sure Katie is following. I finally pull myself up and when I turn to grab my crutches Katie already has them in her hand, "I will give them to you, when you get off. They would just get in the way." "Thanks babe." I hop of the final step of the bus and Katie hands me my crutches. Katie is still sluggish and keeps her hands near her lower stomach, she has always had such bad cramps. We get off and see everyone is still there, there must be another meeting or am I forgetting something. Kyra pats me on the shoulder, "We are all having dinner here, remember." I completely forgot. Kyra still has all bags in hands, hers and Katies. "Right, everybody should we go eat?" Beth shouts, as we are all still stood in the car park. I go over to Katie who hasn't said a word this whole time, "Sorry baby, but we have team dinner. I could get a cab if you want." Most people have gone in, starving from the game, except Kyra waiting for us. But of course, in Katie style, "No I am okay. After that sleep I feel so much better." I hope she wasn't lying, but I wouldn't get the full truth with Kyra here anyway. "Okay." We follow Kyra in, going a bit slower than usual. Not sure who is slowing us down me or Katie. "Kyra we are just going to get something from the changing room we will meet you in the canteen." Katie looks up questioningly but soon understands what I am doing. "Okay, I will keep your bags with me." "Thanks again Kyra." Katie still not really speaking. We walk over to the changing rooms, Katie still following. I sit down and wait for Katie to join me. She sits down beside me not leaving an inch of space between us. "K, do you need some more meds?" She shakes her head, "No I am alright." I can tell she is hiding something from me, "What about a little hot water bottle?" She nods, "Stay here for a second, I quickly leave got to the canteen and go to Viv. "Viv do you have any tampons?" "Yeh yeah, here you go." I quickly thank her and scurried off. I feel like I was quick, but this is only my second day on crutches. "Where d' you go?" I could tell she was still uncomfortable, "Here you go." She smiles, grateful, "Right, go change and then we can get some food, finally."
