It's been a few days since i have spotted kahn and I decided to just go back to my normal routine. Train under Aeysha and learn as much knowledge that I can and understand what she is hiding. I feel like she is holding on to alot of secrets and why is she taking care of me..
Today was a relax day for me adn I just started the fire. I made a makeshift seat thing out of a tree stump and some leaves. The dense foliage of the jungle rustled ominously as a group of men stumbled upon the camp. Their footsteps were heavy, the crunch of leaves and snap of twigs betraying their approach long before they emerged into the clearing. Their faces were grim, their eyes sharp with predatory intent. They wore ragged clothes, some adorned with tribal tattoos, their weapons crude but deadly—spears sharpened to deadly points and swords with jagged edges, remnants of a life marked by violence and survival.
"Look!" one of the men barked, his voice a gravelly rasp that cut through the serenity of the jungle night. His eyes gleamed with a twisted hunger as he spotted Innana by the fire. "A female! She is a prize worthy of the highest price!"
The men exchanged greedy glances, their brutish expressions turning lecherous as they advanced towards Innana, their weapons glinting in the flickering firelight. They had no intention of merely scavenging for food; they were predators, and Innana was their prey.
Ayesha, who had been collecting berries at the edge of the clearing, felt her heart plummet as she spotted the men. Her instincts screamed danger, and she dropped the basket of fruit, her eyes narrowing with resolve. She knew these men from rumors—brutal scavengers who preyed on the vulnerable, using fear and force to get what they wanted. She dashed toward the camp, her every movement filled with urgency.
"Leave her alone!" Ayesha's voice rang out with a fierce authority that cut through the men's taunting laughter. Her tone was a commanding growl, but her words were lost on them, drowned out by their primal focus on Innana.
The men's attention was solely on Innana, their eyes dark with lust and malice. They closed in on her, their spears raised in a predatory arc. Panic surged through Innana, but in the haze of her fear, a primal instinct sparked. She surged to her feet, her legs trembling but determined. As the nearest man lunged at her with his spear, she ducked and spun, her movements sharp and precise.
Her fist connected with the man's jaw with a satisfying crunch. He staggered back, his face contorted in shock and pain. The other men's laughter ceased abruptly, replaced by a growl of annoyance. They had underestimated her, and now their cruel amusement turned to grim determination.
Ayesha burst into the clearing, her transformation swift and brutal. In a flash of shifting fur and snapping jaws, she became a majestic jaguar, her body sleek and powerful. Her yellow eyes glowed with an otherworldly fierceness as she leapt at the man who had laughed, his throat open to her attack. Her claws raked through the air, and with a guttural snarl, she tore into him.
The man's scream was abruptly cut off as Ayesha's claws found their mark, tearing through his flesh. Blood sprayed in hot arcs, staining the jungle floor and the underbrush. The man's body convulsed once before collapsing, his lifeblood pooling around him. The brutal efficiency of Ayesha's attack was terrifying; the men around her faltered, their faces pale with fear.
Her tail flicked in agitation, a stark contrast to the sudden stillness that had descended over the clearing. She was a whirlwind of violence, her body a blur of motion as she prepared to attack the next man. The remaining men scrambled, their fear now palpable as they faced the relentless fury of the jaguar.
From the shadows, Kahn emerged with a predatory grace. His red hair gleamed in the firelight, his skin bathed in a shimmering glow that made him look almost otherworldly. His presence was commanding, and his eyes—deep and intense—locked onto the group of men. Without a word, he thrust his arm through the chest of one of the attackers, his hand emerging from the back with the man's heart still beating in his grasp. The man's eyes widened in horror as he gurgled, his blood spilling onto Kahn's arm.
