In Between (One short story)

Chapter 15

Standing here patiently at the waiting area for the bus to arrived, well I stand here almost an minutes after getting out from their house and until now no one bus could come along my way.

I tried to look upon left and right to check on myself if bus now came along, it's slightly impossible now that buses cannot go passed along in this way. Well anyways considering the time it's still early so I don't have reasons to rush on myself to ride the bus.

Minutes passed but felt like eternity some car's passes along the way made my gaze to follow the car figure to pay my attention and didn't felt bored now so myself doing to count the car's that passes along to amuse myself for the mean time.

1...red car...2....black car....3...silver one....4....green one....5....brown car....6 oh! wow a pink car?..... and 7...

My trailing thoughts stop from counting once I noticed the car that slowly passing through the way made me recognize that for a while eyeing the car.

It's look familiar..

Yes that one car looks familiar tome, feels like I've been seen that before..

Soon difficulties hit me to figure it out on where I've seen this familiar car when suddenly it does to stop nearly at my track as I see the driver through the open window made my eyes grow wide then blinking it twice to confirm what I've been seeing if he is true or I'm now go in delusion.

As it goes nearly close on me made me gapsed from surprised as I'd now confirmed who it was.

Omoo! Red!...

On that thoughts I didn't realize that he is already looking at me through inside. Him sitting at the driver seat, turns one's head towards me.

"What are you doing here?"
I ask once I'd already approached his car made him to open the car door then prompt me to jump in.

Even I'm still confused I took myself go on inside his car closing the door then turned my head to face him well now I didn't feel awkwardness between us it's more likely on confused on what he was doing here.

"I'll dropped you off"
He simply stated after he started the engine and drove our way, I still looking at him confused I couldn't read his expression because he wore emotionless facial made me to think that it is kind of weird and different from his usual even he placed that kind of expression before, also made me to think and assume that maybe something is happen? but I didn't exactly know what is.

"Are you fine?"
I said dare to start our conversation as we're engulfed in silent in our ride earlier ago.

He turned his head glancing at me but he didn't say anything turning back his gazed to the road.

"Y-you didn't need to drop me off, I already said it to you.."
I said almost a whisper feeling shy but I just want to clear him that he doesn't need to do anything like this, that made me more wonder about his treatment towards me.

This time he dare to reply but his now didn't bother to looked at me and pay his focus on the road.

"Can I come with you"
He blurted out straight made me to looked at him with perplexed expression.

"Come with me? but..why?"

"Why not?"
He said almost interupting me.

"I'm bored today and I want to go in some places that I've never been go before"

"So you think our house?"

"Look. Can't you just let me going with you? don't you dare to ask some questions about that besides isn't that a big deal"
He said made me to sigh then turned up to looked over the window as I don't have any choice now to let him in fact that I already riding at his car.
