The atmosphere in the penthouse was tense as the 7 Mafia Daddies returned from their latest mission. The operation had been risky, and while they had achieved their objective, the cost had been high. Suga had been injured during the confrontation, a bullet wound in his shoulder making his movements stiff and pained.
The other Mafia Daddies were in the process of dealing with their own wounds and gathering their thoughts when Y/N stepped into the room. Her usual defiant demeanor was gone, replaced by a focused determination as she approached Suga.
“What are you doing here?” Suga asked, wincing as he tried to shift his position. His voice was strained, but there was a hint of annoyance. “I thought you’d be too busy hating us to care.”
Y/N ignored the comment and set to work. She carefully extracted the bullet from Suga’s wound with practiced precision, her hands steady despite the grim circumstances. “Just sit still and shut up,” she said tersely. “I’m trying to help you.”
Suga watched, his usual sarcastic remarks falling silent as he observed her. The contrast between her usual fierce attitude and the care she was showing now was striking.
As she dressed his wound with meticulous care, she continued, “This isn’t about you being a mafia king or whatever. It’s just basic human decency. I don’t care about your titles or power. I hate seeing people like you all in this prison of your own making. It’s pathetic.”
Her words were blunt, but there was a sincerity behind them that was undeniable. When she finished, she cleaned up the area, avoiding Suga’s gaze. “There, you’re patched up. Try not to get yourself killed next time.”
Without waiting for a response, Y/N walked out of the room, leaving Suga in stunned silence. The room was quiet as the Mafia Daddies processed what had just happened.
“I can’t believe she actually did that,” Jin said, still processing the scene.
“She treated him like she cared,” J-Hope added, disbelief evident in his voice. “And not just in a ‘this is my job’ way. She really seemed concerned.”
V leaned back, shaking his head. “That was something else. I thought she hated us. Her actions don’t line up with her usual attitude.”
“I’ve never seen her act like that,” Jimin said. “She’s always been so defiant. But tonight, she showed a different side.”
Suga, still reeling from the pain and the shock of Y/N’s care, finally spoke up. “She’s something else, isn’t she? I’ve never seen anyone like her.”
RM nodded, his expression thoughtful. “Maybe we’ve been wrong about her. There’s more to her than just the surface. She’s not just a troublemaker; there’s a lot more depth to her.”
The Mafia Daddies continued their discussion, each of them reflecting on Y/N’s unexpected act of kindness. It was clear that their perception of her had shifted dramatically. She had broken through their hardened shells with a simple yet profound gesture of care.
As they continued to talk, the night seemed to stretch on, filled with a mix of astonishment and contemplation. Y/N’s actions had set the stage for a new dynamic, one that promised to challenge the Mafia Daddies in ways they hadn’t anticipated. The days ahead were bound to be filled with new revelations and shifting alliances, and Y/N was at the center of it all.
