|| Nobody's POV ||

As Firey and Leafy finished hugging each other, they both stared into each other's eyes. Firey noticed Leafy caressing his hands, and his cheeks turned slightly pink. "Uh... L-Leafy?" Firey stammered. "You're caressing my hands." Leafy noticed too, her metal face turning slightly pink. "Sorry." She let go of Firey's hands and waved goodbye. Firey waved goodbye as he walked away. Bubble jumped from a bush and walked with Firey. "Firey and Leafy sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-" Firey interrupted mid-sentence, his face turning pink. "Bubble, stop it! I don't like Leafy!" Bubble smirked in disbelief and decided to keep teasing him. "Sure, you do~. You got it bad for Leafy." Firey sighed and rolled his eyes as the two of them walked away.

Alright, step 1 complete. Now, just to get the rest of them on my side again. I could ask Golf Ball if I can use her time machine, but I don't know if she still trusts me. Eh, I'm sure a little chat won't hurt.

[GOLF BALL'S UNDERGROUND FACTORY]

|| Golf Ball's POV ||

I love mathematics and calculations. It's my favorite type of science! I also love Tenni- ohh, uh... wrong sentence. Anyways, Tennis Ball is my right hand man. My co-captain. My smart sidekick. My companion. My loyal collaborator and especially my-

"-true love."

Oh crap. I didn't know that I was saying it out loud while I was writing in my diary, and Tennis Ball heard me. This is so embarrassing! I saw TB's flustered face as he stared into my eyes with shock. I was barely able to get a sentence out, my cheeks turning pink. "G-uhhh- just something I read, haha!" I tried to play it cool until TB stood up and walked towards me before grabbing my shoulders.

He then quietly said to me, "I'm... your true love?" He looked me in the eyes, genuinely wanting to know the answer. I nodded, looking at him nervously. What in the world was he about to do? He then closed his eyes and pressed his lips against mine, quickly pulling away right after. Oh my gosh, it felt like I was in a dream. I backed away a couple steps. "What-what was that-" TB politely shushed me, and looked me in my eyes again. "Golf Ball..."

"...I love you."
