Human | Kaiju no 8

I was walking around here there seemed to be no one no matter where I went I just stared down and sat myself on the stone this place looked like a disaster I could only sigh to myself and stare at the sky

I felt something following me but I don't know what though cause maybe I was just hallucinating or dreaming maybe all of this is just a dream..

I felt something walking behind me it tried to get their hands on me our faces meet to each other one I didn't know what to do I froze at the moment I've never seen such a thing ever this was my first time my breath felt like it could stop any second

Our face met with each others one I wanted to scream I wanted to let out a single loud noise but my throat felt dry than sand it felt like my words were stuck in my mouth I wanted to run but my legs felt numb it felt like everything in my body gave up

"You..who..are..you?" It asked I began to step back and stare at it "I..who are you?!" I stand up quickly being in my two feets getting space invade anything would HAPPEND

It stared at me I didn't answer it so they began to try to kill me it seemed to want to rip my heart off I held its hand crushing the hand turning it into organs while looking at the creature it stared back and the creature seemed to stop

"What.. are you?" It asked I stare at them before looking away "I'm.. I'm Jenny.. who are you?" I asked staring at them "humans.. they call me kaiju 9.." I was confused but again I knew it better than anyone

"Kaiju..?" I asked confused looking at him "I'm.. not like you.. I'm not human.." it said I stated at them and I looked at him "I'm not human either.. we can work together..." I said staring at the ground silently

"Work.. together?" *it held his hand out for you to take it I looked up at him and gave him my hand "not work.. together we're going to be friends." I said

Everything is a creature everyone deserve a deep connection with anything even if we're not the same shape or race there is nothing stopping us from not sharing our lives together

It was turning day kaiju 9 and I were walking together I held his hand soflty while staring around

"You know I'm not even from here.. I don't know even where I'm from.. you're the first person I met.. I woke up in a cold shattering place.. but now I have you." You smiled at him while it looked back at you patting your head

"Don't worry.. I will.. protect.. you.." it said now that it made me think he doesn't have a name "you don't have a name right? Can I give you one?" After all we've been friends for 4 months now

I've been walking with him around he's been with me it's like I couldn't be without him even thoughts that he showed me the city around here but only where it was less crowded

"Sure," it said i smiled and think about it before turning to him and stopped in track "okay your gonna be Yoshida now." I smiled happily at him while we were still walking

"You said those.. people the next week you're going that you may not come alive again?" I asked him I looked at him and he only nod holding my hand still

"Even if I don't make it remember to fight for yourself.. and don't come with me.. I don't want anything to HAPPEND to you." He said while I bit my lip

"Here.. I will always be there with you." He handed me a ring it seemed to be pretty

Even if this would be our last moment I will always cherish it.
