CH:8 Prom?

Yves's pov:

I woke up as i felt someone hugging me.

“ Cal? ” i called out her name yet she's still not waking up.

I stared at her for a moment then she suddenly opened her eyes.

“ Hm? Oh. Goodmorning, Yves. ”she smiled genuinely as she got up and wiped her eyes.

“ Malamig paba? ” she said jokingly making the two of us laugh.

We got up after fixing the bed and went downstairs, there we can see my mom cooking breakfast.

“ Oh , mga ija kumain na kayo ah? Aalis na'ko, may pasok pa ako eh.” my mom said before taking a step out of the door.

“ Goodbye Ma! Ingat! ” , “ Ingat po kayo Tita! Salamat po sa breakfast!” pahabol namin bago pa man tuluyan na makaalis si Mama.

We're now sitting at the table with the food my mom made for us and of course we prayed before eating.

While we're eating , someone suddenly knocked at the door.

I went over to open it and i'm surprised to see Sarah standing infront of the door.

“ Sarah? ” i asked.

“ Guys, help!! ” she squealed and went inside.

“ Bakit , ano nangyari? May umaway ba sa'yo? Hahamunin ko ng suntukan! ” Calline said seriously making me and Sarah laughed.

“ No , HAHAHA the problem is not that serious pero i really need it talaga! ” she said and continued “ So as i was saying, magkakaron na ng prom and i still haven't figured out kung kanino ako makikipagpartner..” Sarah explained.

“ Nandyan naman si Gillian ah? ” Calline said but Sarah quickly answered back.

“ Yun na nga eh! Siya gusto kong maging prom date pero baka may iba na siyang kasama! ” Sarah said while making a pouting face.

“ Bebe , i'm sure na wala pa siyang partner. Take the risk or lose the chance? Mamili ka. ” i advised her.

“ S-sige , pero kayo? Anong balak niyo sa prom? ” Sarah asked out of the blue.

“ Uh—i uhm..” Calline couldn't say a word making us laugh.

“ Baka mamaya kayong dalawa na ah? ” Sarah said teasingly.

“ What? No , hindi pa! ” i quickly answered back without even thinking of what I've said.

“ "hindi pa"? ” Calline said teasingly.

Jusmiyo parang magnanay sila!

“ Ihh , bahala kayo diyan! ” i ran upstairs then Calline followed and Sarah laughed then took it as a chance to leave.

“ Hey i was just joking HAHAHA! Tara na!! ” pagsusuyo ni Calline.

Alam na alam kasi pano ako kunin eh.
