Shea's Pov

It's been three months from that call from Kara, and thankfully nothing bad has happened yet. I'm six months pregnant and the baby is due any day now. To say I'm getting nervous is a huge HUGE understatement, thank god I have Carter to help calm me down. I can barely stand to be in the room with him without trying to tear his clothes off. Not that he wouldn't enjoy that of course. Damn pregnancy hormones ughhhhh. "Carter? Can I please have some chocolate covered pickles?" I asked him. By now he has gotten used to me craving weird things it's just terrible and extremely awkward. I got up from the couch and went to check the ready to go hospital bag.

When I bent down some liquid began pooling between my thighs and dropping to the ground. "CARTER!" I screamed, he was beside me in a moment his eyes searching me to see if I was okay. "I think my water just broke!" I squeaked. As soon as that sentence left my mouth he had grabbed the bag, picked me up, locked the door, and we were in the car. "Buckle up baby," he said and I did just so. Soon we were almost speeding but on our way to the pack hospital. My contractions started and lemme tell you they are extremely painful extremely. I started taking deep breaths.

At one almost unbearable contraction I screamed, "CARTER!" And moaned in pain. While keeping his eyes on the road he put a hand on my stomach and began rubbing it trying to calm me down, "Baby you gotta stay with me we're almost there okay? Just breathe baby in and out in and out. Think of anything to keep your mind off the pain." I began to think about Carter, his hair his beautiful eyes that sparkled like diamonds, his pearly white straight teeth, his extremely muscular body that was toned and tan, and his extremely big......

I had to calm my self down but with the intense lustful looks Carter was giving me it wasn't working very well. But then thank the moon goddess we pulled into the hospital and in 5 seconds flat we were in the hospital at the main desk. "She," Carter panted, "needs a doctor stat she's going into labor." He didn't even need to use his alpha tone, one nurse already had a wheel chair ready for me. She wheeled me into a room and I got up on the bed. I tried as quickly as possible to change into the hospital gown so they could see how far I was dilated.

The nurse spread my legs and with a happy smile she told me, "You are four centimeters dilated, I can already see a little head," hmm no wonder it was awkward to walk, there was a head down there. "Okay on three I need you to-" she started to say but then another wave of contractions came over me, the most painful one yet, I let out a terrible loud scream, the nurse said over my scream, "PUSH! PUSH COME ON PUSH!" Carter was beside me holding my hand whispering into my ear, "Baby you gotta push come on push." So I pushed, and pushed and pushed, I took a break when she needed to.

For several hours I continued to push and get contractions and finally I heard a little baby crying.
