(Ok so pretend they said where they were going to go to ok 😭?)

Third person's pov:

As he was a humming a tune his older sister used to sing for him before he slept, Giyuu was getting ready to leave, a radiant smile on his face, extremely happy for some reason. I wonder why...... 🤔

As he walks out of the Butterfly Mansion, waving at Aoi and Kanao, Giyuu walks to the spot where he was supposed to meet Sanemi, the ohagi box in his hand. He sighs quietly, having difficulty sitting down on the Traditional Japanese mat, because of his missing arm.
(When you use one hand to sit on the floor it feels like you're about to fall)

Suddenly, heard a chuckle from behind him, causing him to actually lose balance and fall. But before he could hit the floor, rough but strong arms caught him, and he looked up to the face of Sanemi, who was the one who was chuckling earlier.

"Be careful, dipshit. You were about to fall." Sanemi exclaims playfully, a smirk on his face as he sat Giyuu down, following suit and sitting next to him.
"Ah, sorry Shinazugawa-san, but I have something for you" Giyuu replies, making Sanemi raise an eyebrow in question, "Here, Genya-san and Tanjiro told me you're favourite food was Ohagi, so I made it for you, now we can be friends!" Sanemi smiles, laughing at Giyuu's desperate attempts to befriend him, opening the box and taking a bite out of one of the Ohagi's "Tastes better than most Ohagi's I eat, (you mean all) thanks," Sanemi says in the middle of bites of Ohagi, his mouth full as he finishes about half of it before closing the box, not wanting to finish the Ohagi.

"You're welcome, Shinazugawa-san" Giyuu replies happily, his smile growing.
"So.... uhm, exactly what is your relationship with my younger brother Genya?" Sanemi asks, still not understanding how Giyuu and Genya seem to talk regularly. "So now he's your younger brother?" Giyuu teases quietly, his hand moving instinctively to stifle his giggles. "You know what I mean idiot, just answer my question!" Sanemi snaps, a twinge of annoyance on his face.
"He was sleeping in the rain and I took him in, we ended up talking and he told me his problems with you, so I decided to help, he's friends with Tanjiro too, so he's always sleeping over since Tanjiro lives with me," Giyuu replies, his giggles now gone as he looks at Sanemi seriously.

Meanwhile Sanemi was feeling a twinge of jealousy, he himself not knowing who he was jealous of, Giyuu or Genya?

"Seriously though, Shinazugawa-san, you shouldn't have treated him like that, he's your younger brother..." Giyuu says quietly, looking down as he expects Sanemi to snap at him, and his suspicions were correct.

"Well if that idiot didn't become a demon slayer I wouldn't have pushed him aside, he was weak anyways, he could've gotten killed!" Sanemi lashes out, his face filled with anger as he looks at Giyuu.

"Well, maybe you should've talked to him and told him, because pushing him away will just make him more determined to make you acknowledge him. He wanted you to see him as an equal, a brother. And I don't think he's weak, he's actually really strong."

"Shut up, what do you know?"

"I know more than you, because you obviously don't know how to treat your family right."

"Shut up, fine, I know I fucked up, so what do I do?"

"I can tell him to talk to you, and you can apologize and explain yourself, how about that?"

"Fine, let's just eat."

Both men sit in silence, and they order their food, as Giyuu calls for Kanzaburo, taking an empty paper from a waiter and a pen as be starts writing a letter.

"Who are you writing to?" Sanemi asks, his curiosity taking the best of him.

"Genya-san, you said you were going to apologize, so when do you want to?"

"Huh?! I didn't even get to think of how to apologize?"

"You need to think about that?" Giyuu asks cluelessly, confusion on his face. "You just have to apologize what you were sorry for,and make it up to him, that's it, why do you need to think about it?"

"You're right.... Why am I making such a big deal out of this?"

Giyuu nods in agreement, his attention back to the letter as he closes it and hands it to Kanzaburo, the old crow flying away.

The food finally arrives, both the albino and the ravenatte eating slowly as they make simple conversation, their faces neutral as they speak.

"You know, this is nice, we should do this more often, Tomioka"

"I agree, maybe even with Iguro-san, I would like to be friends with him too"

"Yeah, sure," Sanemi replies, even though he doesn't know why, he can feel a bit of jealousy in him, but he pushes it down, focusing on the shorter male infront of him. "You should smile more, it suits you, Tomioka."

"Oh, you think so? Thank you, I will keep that in mind."

"Anyways, it's getting late, so see you around, we should still keep in contact though, okay, Tomioka?"

"Yeah, sure, see you around Shinazugawa-san, bye!"

"Bye."

The two smile at each other, each going their separate ways, both feeling a bit too happy.

When Giyuu gets home, he immediately goes to Genya, telling him about his hangout with Sanemi, and asking if he received the letter he wrote.

Meanwhile, Sanemi was a bit too happy for some reason, he liked talking to Giyuu, and their newfound friendship made his heart beat fast.

The two couldn't wait for the upcoming days, as they drift off to sleep.

(Ok so yeah, this is bad but next chapter is probably going to be on Wednesday, because I have an exam tomorrow and also on Wednesday.)
