My eyes slowly fluttered open as I felt a small gentle shake. Glancing around to view the buildings are gone, a vast open space of grass and housing spaced out. The carriage halted at a large bazaar. People were out shopping and other carriages were driving past us. Soldiers were stationed around whilst our helmsman was buying things.

Gently rubbing my eyes, to get a better look around. I asked, "Are we here?"

Rosaria replied with, "No, we're here to restock and meet up with our team."

The team I questioned. Then it hit me, I frantically looked around. Rosaria asked, "What's wrong?"

I answered, "If we're here to meet up with the team, that means..."

We got a knock on the door. Both of us looked out the window. Both our eyes lit up. Surprised and so energetic we opened the door before the helmsman could. We saw his heavy regal armor. Completely covered from head to toe. Tracing of silver and gold, baring the Lucidia engraving right on his chest. A sword on his side with a royal cape representing the colors of the kingdom.

His skin was slightly darker than the last time we'd seen him, yet still had the same black hair and dark brown eyes. His face was sharper, cleaner with no facial hair, and more muscular. I would dare say, handsome.

Rosaria couldn't help but rush over to hug him tightly. Ecstatic and happy to finally see him again after so long. He was taller than both of us, a fully grown adult, and his status of General shows it proudly.

I smiled as I watched this heartwarming reunion. When she released him from her hold, he approached me. His hand was out and I immediately grabbed it. My hand clenched his wrist as he clenched mine.

Firmly shaking like brothers, I welcomed him with, "It's great to see you again, William."

He grins and nods, "It's an honor to see you again, Prince Baron."

With the introduction out of the way, I leaned in to hug him. He hugs back with a comforting feeling. To know the person I look up to is still the same person I accolade as General all those years ago.

William led us around the marketplace, allowing us to see more of the town we were in. To see it having a lot of space similar to a garden. Finally, being able to witness the outside made me curious more about what's further beyond.

Rosaria didn't let go of my hand as we listened to William reminiscing about our past. The times we would play outside, acting out the stories. The intense training he would endure with me. The expectation of becoming a knight in the Lawrence Clan.

However, being a knight, he was able to visit other kingdoms. The different places in culture and lifestyles have shown him a lot. It helped him view the world more than just what's in Lucidia. Just hearing all kinds of things makes me wish I could visit these neighboring kingdoms.

We arrived at an open café that allows people to eat outside. This wasn't new as the House of Nobles allowed this, yet to see it also included outside the kingdom baffled me. William told us to find a table while he ordered drinks for us.

Upon observing, we spotted a table at the edge of the social space. Rosaria sat down as the wind breeze fluttered. To see her looking out into the vast distance, I couldn't help but be completely mesmerized by the scene. Her outfit appears like an adventurer ready to explore the entire world. I sat across from her. She glanced at me confused.

"Do you not want to sit beside me?" she asked, not in any particular tone, yet curious with her deep green irises glistening.

"I just want to keep viewing this amazing view," I answered, truthfully and charmingly.
