"Good morning, CTE freshmen!"
Napaayos sa pagkakaupo si Celine. Inangat niya ang kaniyang paningin sa harapan at ngumiti.
"Good morning, sir!" Pabalik na bati ni Celine at ng kaniyang mga kaklase.
"Section Elite, right?" Mr. Del Mundo asked, everyone nodded as an answer. "Ilan kayong lahat?"
"Twenty-four po, sir." Celine answered.
Mr. Del Mundo nodded.
"Apat na lalaki, eighteen na babae at dalawang bina-bae."
Napailing-iling si Celine dahil sa dinugtong ni Rofina. Natawa naman si Mr. Del Mundo at mga kaklase nila dahil sa sinabi ni Rofina.
"Anyway I'm Rey Del Mundo, your professor of intro to linguistics for this semester." Mr. Del Mundo said while writing his name on the white board.
Celine nodded and memorize his name.
"And because it's our first meeting, I want you to do that introduce thingy... but with a twist." He said, grinning na parang may masamang binabalak. "You will introduce here in front by pair and you will not introduce yourself, instead your partner will introduce you to us and you will introduce to us your partner. Are we clear?" Malinaw na sambit ni Mr. Del Mundo.
"Yes po, sir!"
"For now, let's count 1 to 12. Start here."

At dahil may hindi nakinig na isa at may lutang pa, sumubra ang bilang nila.
"Hoy, hagang 12 lang tayo, ate ko." Sambit ni Eliegh sa dalawa.
"Mga hindi nakikinig." Sambit ni Mr. Del Mundo gamit ang nag w-warning na tuno.
"13? 1 po pala, sir hehe."
Mr. Del Mundo nodded.
"2."
"3." Sambit ni Celine.
Nagpatuloy ang bilangan nila hanggang sa matapos.
"At dahil may mga partner na kayo, I want you to introduce your partner by saying his or her name, age, birthdate, hobbies, why did you choose this course and of course show us your talent." Mr. Del Mundo said, smiling ear to ear. "I will give you 10 minutes to discuss with your partner and then we will start."
Kaagad namang tumayo si Celine at lumapit sa upuan na katabi ni Cazandra. Buti na lamang at ito ang partner niya, hindi na siya mahihiyang makipag-usap dito.
"So, anong talent natin?" Tanong ni Cazandra kay Celine.
"Ay, may talent pa?" Sambit ni Celine sabay lagay ng kaniyang kamay sa dibdib at tinaas ang isang kilay.
Natawa naman ni Cazandra.
"Yow, yow, yow, yow, yow, yow..." Sambit pa ni Cazandra at tinuro-turo si Celine.
