I bury my head in my pillow further as I try to sleep but can't from all the ruckus. How the hell do they even have the energy for that? Aren't they tired and...injured!
I get up and glare at Zenitsu and Inosuke. "Both of you. Bed. Now."
They both froze and looked at me. They must've thought they were being discreet and quiet but I have good ears. I cross my arms and raise a brow. "Hmm...didn't I say something?"
They both quickly get to their beds, still glaring at each other. I sigh and walk between their beds, "You both shouldn't be fighting...you should be recovering. Don't you have a broken rib Inosuke?"
Inosuke huffs and looks away. I sigh and roll my eyes then look at Zenitsu, "And you- ah...huh?"
I stopped talking once I noticed Zenitsu looking at me with a smug grin, probably thinking I cared about him because I have feelings for him...which I don't...
Jeez these two are a piece of work...
I sigh and get back to my bed once I think they are going to actually go to sleep. Once I closed my eyes I heard whispering. I resist the urge to pinch the bridge of my nose and I just listen in.
"She's asleep isn't she?"
"Yea I think so...come outside Monitsu I have something to show you"
"Hell no you're just going to beat me up..."
"No I'm not"
"Yes you are"
"No I'm not"
"Yes you are. And for what?"
"Because you keep on flirting with Y/n. You should leave her alone."
"...Heh? That's why? You're acting like I don't do that to every girl I see"
Oh so he's self aware?
"And? Why do you flirt with Y/n?"
"Why can't I?"
"That's disrespectful!" Inosuke whispered a bit too loudly.
Tanjiro sighed and sat up, looking straight at both of them then saying, "Can you two seriously just be quiet and go to sleep? Aren't you two tired? You need sleep to recover. You both got hurt pretty badly. Continue and I'll call Shinobu..."
They both closed their eyes and laid in their beds like they're lying in a coffin. With their hands held together on their belly and sleeping up looking at the ceiling. I giggle softly and they all look my way, probably because they didn't know I was awake.
"You are all so silly. Go to bed. You all have lots of training to do tomorrow."
"Ehh with Y/n's radiant visuals I can do anything!" Zenitsu blushes and smiles. Inosuke glares at him and Tanjiro looks at both of them with a warning glare to not start anything.
"Very well, let's see if you still feel that way tomorrow." I joke.
They all FINALLY sleep, the room growing quiet except for the soft and not so soft snores coming from everyone.

The Next Morning ~
I yawned and stretched my limbs as I woke up. I had to wake up a bit earlier to help with preparations and food. Though they gave me good food so I can't complain.
Once everything was prepared, I came in with three little girls into the room and told them all to wake up.
"Rise and Shine!" One of the little girls squeals. I laugh softly as I see them all groan and reluctantly get up. Funny enough, the one who made the most ruckus last night is refusing to get up.
"Inosuke get up" I say while standing next to his bed and hovering my face over his.
His eyes widened and he said," Y/n why are you so close?"
"Perfect you sat up," I grin and give him his tray of food.
He mumbles something then starts eating. I sigh and then look at the other two, the girls had given them their trays so I didn't have to worry about them. I then stand in the middle of the room and explain to them the training they will be doing to get back in shape and get back to doing missions.
They all groaned and whined since it sounded like a lot to do. "That's why I told you guys to get lots of sleep..."
Inosuke sticks his tongue out like a child and says, "Whatever."
"Eww Inosuke, that's gross. Don't eat with your mouth open..." Zenitsu looks at Inosuke with a look of pure disgust.
He grins and laughs, in the process spitting out a bit of food while he laughs with his mouth open. I sigh and walk to him while saying, "Inosuke that is very gross, look you're getting the bed dirty..."
I take out gloves and start cleaning up his sheets. Tanjiro laughs and says, "Y/n, where'd you even get those gloves?"
Inosuke laughs and jokes, "Probably out of her a-"
"Inosuke!! That is so disrespectful!" Zenitsu glares and interrupts him.
I laugh then grip Inosuke's ear, not hard enough to hurt though. "Just eat buddy."
He grins then continues eating. Why is he grinning?
I let go then sit on my bed and wait. Supposedly Shinobu wanted to speak with me about some things since I was a Demon made by Tamayo.
After a few minutes Shinobu walks in and says, "L/n please come with me." I nod and go with her.
"HEy! Where are you going Y/n? Shinobu, what do you want with her?" Inosuke yells.
Shinobu giggles then glances at him saying," Mind your own," before closing the door.
Inosuke glares, throwing his empty bowl at the door. Tanjiro tries not to laugh since Inosuke just got shut down. Zenitsu on the other hand started laughing so hard tears came out.
"What's so funny, Monitsu?"
Zenitsu tried to reply but all he could do was laugh. Tanjiro eventually gave up and started laughing too.
Inosuke glared and asked, "What did she mean anyways?"
"She said to mind your own business." Tanjiro laughed.
"That motherfu-"
"Inosuke!!" Tanjiro shushed him.

Meanwhile I was led to Shinobu's study. She had me sit down and started asking me questions about me, my abilities, my weaknesses and Tamayo.
"Wow...you're fairly strong for a demon who doesn't eat humans...mind if I get a blood sample from you?"
"I don't mind"
She takes a sample and starts to study it. Once she put it under a microscope her eyes widened as she saw something she's never seen before.
"What...is everything okay?"
"You're..." she looks at me with wide eyes.
"I'm what..." I look afraid, almost like the answer is most definetly bad.
"You're cells seem to be very adaptive...and strong...at the rate that they adapt and strengthen you might eventually reach Kibutsuji Muzan's strength..."
My eyes widen and my jaw dropped.
