In the middle of a vast sea of deep blue, Can was standing on a train traveling at normal speed, feeling the cool air hitting his face. As it passes between the small black hills that rise up in the middle of the sea, the train suddenly speeds up its slow speed and starts hurtling back and forth between the hills. He crouched down and grabbed onto something dull to avoid falling off the train, but the train was speeding up even more, and although he tried to hold on, his hand slipped and he fell.

When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a puddle of water up to his bare feet. The deep blue of the sky had given way to the red sun rising through the dark clouds and he was all alone in the middle of the sea. He looked around anxiously, desperately searching for the train, even though his eyes had thrown him off. When he looks down below his feet he is frightened by the depth of the sea, but he sees something down there, it looks like an illusion, he bends down on his knees to take a closer look. As he slowly approached, something quickly looked him in the eye and he woke up from his dream, startled with fear. It was three o'clock in the morning, his pupils were dilated and his heart was pounding, and he tried to think about what he had just seen. Although he remembered something, he couldn't remember exactly what he had seen. He puts his head back on the pillow to continue his dream. When he woke up in the morning, he couldn't see the rest of the dream, he tried to remember what was left in his mind, but he had completely forgotten what he had seen.

His mother Gülay had prepared breakfast. "Breakfast is ready!" she calls from downstairs.

Can comes downstairs tired and without washing his face and sits down at the table. As he eats his breakfast with his neck bowed, thinking about his dream, Gülay does not like his son's sluggish and unhappy demeanor and asks, "What's wrong with you, are you sick or something?"

Can says "I'm fine" and brushes it off.

Gülay said, "Son, I know you haven't told me anything about your private life. If you want, you can open up to your mother a little bit, I can distract you."

Can said gently, "I don't have a problem with my private life, I was just obsessed with a dream I had, that's all."

Although he does not believe his son's words, he says, "If you say so, it is so."

Their breakfast was over. Gülay goes to work and Can goes to his room. He was lying on his bed, playing with his plus-shaped toy, tapping it left and right, spinning it around and around. After a while, when she got bored of this, she picked up the photo of her dead father on the nightstand. He thinks to himself, "I wonder what kind of a life we would have had if you had been with us, would we have been happy? He had lost his father to cancer when he was very young. This pain had forced him to be a mature person since he was young. Suddenly his phone rings, it is his friend Kadir. "What are you doing?" he asks.
