NOTHING CAN STOP ME FROM HAVING YOU~

.

.

Again... why the atmosphere of this room feels so heavy? With the glares passing every second, feels like there is gonna be a war.

Best friends when they don't agree on same thing, but this was not just about 'something'... it was about 'someone'.

A loud creeching sound of thunder outside the room with the burning hearts inside.

North, still soaked wet and still having no any plans to fear of catching a cold, and still shooting murderous glares to his bestfriend.

"Why are you trying to do this, Mark." His words were short, clear with the hint of anger and rage.

Mark, still not leaving his words and looking straight to his eyes as his words came out with no hint of hesitation.

"I am trying to protect you from yourself, North. You know that!"

Indeed... The one who should be scared of you, should be yourself. You know what you can do, and you also know that it would not do any good.

North still not understanding the motive behind Mark's protection towards Night, with suspicions arising every second.

A sudden realization hit him as his lips curled into a cruel smirk,

"Don't tell me-" He whispered in a low wicked voice,

"You're doing this... cuz you can never get off your own feelings toward your own best friend so you're pushing it on me."

Mark widened his eyes hearing this. 'How did he know?'

"Oh come on Mark! Everybody can see the way you look at Neo- isn't it?"

The silent room suddenly filled with the loud beatings of Mark's heartbeat, as his hands curled into a fist with both rage and shame.

Yes- he did. He had a romantic feeling towards his best friend and that was the harsh truth he faced every day.

Knowing that his feelings would never get noticed... knowing that it would always be one-sided!

"So- it is true?" His voice was full of mockery, with the sly smirk on his face showing what type of devil he was.

Mark trembled in pure rage, as his eyes shot with anger and charged towards North, landing a fist straight to his face.

North stumbled back and look of a pure disbelief, seeing Mark in that state.

"This doesn't have to do with anything, asshole! You- You are a fucking devil, a bastard who is obsessed with that poor kid!"

He lashed out.

North clenched his jaw, with the accusations that felt too true to argue but he couldn't bear the fact that he just got punched... by his own bestfriend... and that just for Night.

"You're taking this too far, Mark." He muttered, his hand still rubbing the part he just got punched.

Mark rolled his eyes, relaxing his body and putting hands on his hips,

"It's better to leave them alone. I am telling you this again, North!" He was warning him, giving him an alert but North was too stubborn to think things further.

He felt his head spin, but he ignored that. His body was still burning hot after standing in that heavy rain for hours, but for now... none of it mattered.
