I tried to remain cool, as I sped walked down the hallway.

"Hey." Pete smiled, giving me a hug.

Oh dear god he smells incredible. I can't believe this is actually happening. It feels like some cheesy teenage dream that would NEVER actually happen in real life. I'm so grateful for this you have NO idea.

I hugged back, enjoying every millisecond of it.

I faught back my huge smile, as did he.

"How are you?" He smiled.

"I'm good, thanks. Yourself?"

"Glad to hear. Likewise."

We walked to the venue's backstage food court, grabbing two bottles of water. We sat down at a booth nearby, sitting next to each other.

"So..how are you liking Monday Night Raw?" Pete smiled.

"I'm enjoying it. It's been great. I love it here so far." I smiled.

"I'm glad to hear that."

"How long have you been here for?" I questioned.

"For a few years. Hopefully a lot more." He smiled.

We talked for around 45 minutes, before I had to leave because I had an interview with Triple H and a news team about my debut match tonight.

"I'll talk to you later, Okay?" I smiled.

"Sounds good. Here's my number, if you ever need it for whatever reason." Pete smiled, handing me a piece of paper, after writing it down with a pen from his pocket.

I smiled as I thanked him, as we hugged goodbye.

Damn...this day just keeps getting better and better, doesn't it?

Pete and I walked down the hallway, towards the main stage.

"I have a question for you." Pete smiled.

Oh?

"Sure. What is it?"

"I'd love to help teach you some tips and tricks in the ring, if you are interested."

I'd be a dumbass if I had said no, like if I wasn't in the right state of mind, because obviously of course I'd say yes under this circumstance, or any honestly. This is a dream come true. I can die happy now.

"Really?" I lit up, fighting back my huge smile.

"Definitely." He smiled, with his hands in his pockets.

"Absolutely. You have no idea how much I'd appreciate that. I'd be honored to learn from you."

He smiled, as I smiled back.

"I'm glad. See you later tonight then."

"Sure. See you later."

I was watching Pete Dunne's match against Ludwig Kaiser backstage again, because Kaiser demanded a rematch last week after he lost because he's a sore loser.
