So enjoy~💚 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Today was your best friend, Fizzarolli's birthday in one of the circus tents where everyone was celebrating, except you.
You spent time making Fizzarolli a love letter, and it said 'Fizz's eyes only' and the letter was sealed with a red heart.
"Okay...here goes nothing"

Later, you found Fizz alone, admiring his birthday presents. He saw you and waved. "Hey, Y/N! I got a mammon figure! It looks SO cool!"
You smiled at the sight of your best friend's excitement. He looked so cute and wholesome as you walked towards him.
"Hey Fizz! Happy birthday" You said with a smile on your face.
Fizzarolli grins, setting down his Mammon figure. "Thanks Y/N. Guess what? I also got Mammon tickets for his upcoming special! Wanna watch it with me?"
You felt butterflies in your stomach. You couldn't believe that you were getting the chance to spend time with Fizzarolli. You took a deep breath to calm yourself down and spoke quickly.
"Yes, I'd love to" You smiled nervously, but you couldn't help but feel excited. You secretly had a huge crush on Fizzarolli and seeing him so happy made your heart melt.
Fizz grinned happily, his tail wagging behind him. "Awesome! It'll be so much fun, just the two of us"
You slightly blushed when he said 'the two of us' you two were also excited about it.
Fizzarolli was clearly having a good time, till he noticed the letter in your hand. "What's that in your hand?" He tilted his head, curiously.
"Oh..uhh.." You gulped, feeling your heart race, you couldn't lie to Fizz...so you sheepishly handed him the letter. "It's uhh..for you. Happy birthday, Fizzarolli" You muttered nervously.
Fizzarolli's eyes light up and he grins widely. "For me? Aww, you're so sweet Y/N!" Fizzarolli takes the envelope and opens it up, pulling out the letter inside.
You watched as Fizzarolli reads the letter. You can feel your heart hammering in your chest, praying that Fizzarolli wouldn't be grossed out or weirded out.
Letter:
'Dear Fizzarolli
I've been friends with you for a while now and lately my feelings for you have changed. You make me feel different, in a good way. I feel like I can be myself around you. You're kind, funny, and you're always there for me. I like you. A lot...more than a friend.'

Fizzarolli read your words carefully, feeling touched by your honest confession. He looked up at you, his eyes were widen in surprise.
"Y/N...you like me? Like, like-like me?"
You nodded, feeling a mix of nervousness and a little bit of hope. "I do. I have for a while now...I just didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to make anything awkward between us.."
You avoided eye contact, you felt your cheeks burn with embarrassment as you brace yourself for rejection...or if that's what you thought it'd be.
Fizzarolli's expression softened and he smiled, genuinely touched by your confession and honesty. "Y/N..you don't know how happy I am to hear that"
Fizzarolli puts down the letter and walks over to you, standing directly in front of you.
Your eyes widen as Fizz approaches you, starting to feel a mixture of relief and surprise. You weren't expecting such a positive reaction. "Y-You..don't think I'm weird for liking you?" You stammered, looking deep into Fizzarolli's eyes.
Fizzarolli chuckles a little and shakes his head. "Weird? No, I think it's actually really sweet of you to tell me. It must've taken a lot of courage"
Fizzarolli pauses for a moment, a hint of uncertainty on his face. "Can I be honest with you, Y/N?"
"Yeah..sure, what is it?" You asked, still trying to keep your excitement level down.
Fizzarolli took a deep breath, collecting his thoughts before speaking again, fiddling with his hands. "Well...I've actually been thinking about us lately. About us as...more than friends, and I-
Fizz's voice trailed off and he pauses, a bit sheepishly.
Your heart skipped a beat as you heard Fizzarolli's words and confession. "You have?...And have you been thinking about us?" You asked nervously.
Fizzarolli took one last deep breath, looking a bit nervous, he felt his cheeks blush red and hot from nervousness and excitement. "I've been thinking about what it would be like if we were...together. You know? More than friends...like a..couple" He looked up at you, searching your face for a reaction.
Your eyes widen at them mention of you and him being a couple!? "You..you want to be with me?" Your heart thumped in your chest and you couldn't believe what he was saying and that he had the same feelings for you as well.
His cheeks flushed red and he nodded shyly, as he took a step closer to you, scratching the back of his neck. "Yeah, I do. I like you a lot, Y/N. And I wanna give us a chance" His heart beating faster and faster.
After hearing his words, you smiled since it was too good to be true. "I like you a lot, Fizz. And I want to give us a chance too" Your eyes softened as you took a step closer, closing the gap between you two.
Fizz's heart skips a beat as you closed the gap between you and him, as he rubbed the back of his neck again, still couldn't believe this was happening. "S-So..we're officially a couple now?" He said, a smile spreading across his face.
You nodded, feeling a rush of excitement and joy. "Yes. We're a couple now.."
The two of slowly and gently grabbed each others hands, feeling a spark of love and warmth shivering down each others spines.
But, none of that mattered right now. All that mattered...was you and him.
