It was 22nd Sep Mr and Mrs Nawab was busy in prepartion of their only daughter NOORIE NAWAB'S birthday party. All the guest was waiting for the little princess to arrive so they can bless her as she was the first girl child in their family after 15 years.
Later Music plays everyone is dancing and Noorie arrived and all set for cutting the cake as she see's people dancing she gets angry and destory's the cake.
20 YEAR'S LATER IN USA.
The alarm rings and she gets up breathing heavily again that dream Madam. Says her house help. Noorie looks at her and says I am already late! need to leave for work I'll have my breakfast on the way .
Everyone was congratulating her on her success . Congratulations!! Dr Noorie Nawab on your another complicated c section operation say's doctor Mr Daniel D'costa Thank you so much ! Daniel so the scoreboard is 14/15 of our surgeries you still need to work hard Daniel says Noorie and leaves.
