The YTA or Yokohama Training Academy was the first institution set up in Japan when abilities first started appearing.
It has been something like a century or maybe less or maybe more since it started.
What are the courses in this academy?
The first and foremost one is the Public Safety Course.
In this train the future heroes, who will work under the Safety Commission's orders.
To be admitted in this course, one must have more than 75% in their middle school last semester. Other than that they have to go through a physical test to judge how good they are physically. (In fights)
However, some people are given special privileges if their ability is up to the notch.
The easiest way to get in is through a letter of recommendation which must be signed by someone who is already a licensed public safety member, i.e., nepotism. But even they have to go through certain tests.
After that is the second division of Public Safety Course.
The Public Safety Course is divided in two parts, each having half the total number of students, the total can be 40 students. This is done to make sure that the teachers will be able to give focus to everyone's ability.
After that are the non-popular, non-important courses:
Civil Service Course (police and detectives and some other such jobs).
Engineering Course (they make weapons to help the heroes).
Medical Course (they teach basics of medical professions, the higher level of this course are taught in colleges).
The rest aren't important enough to be mentioned.
