Chapter 4: the question

My mom had got a email about how a boy named Sam had got a sprained ankle, and she knew who did it. I honestly did not know that I could pick up Sam. Maybe it had to do with my arm. But my mom grounded me from going over to friends houses and Xbox live for 2 weeks. That really got me upset, because I was planning to go over to Max's house (my good friend). That's when I had the idea. I ran over to the corner of my room, pulled the picture down from the wall, typed in the safe code, and got some money. I grabbed my iPod and searched how much the movie skyfall was per ticket. It was 7.99 per ticket. I had enough for 6 tickets, so I decided to ask Kathrine out to the movies. I know it was against my moms rules, but I really wanted to. And I know I said I wasn't much of a mushy gushy person, but I couldn't help it. I was on love.

2 days later I got to school early. I couldn't wail until Kathrine to get to school. During 5th period I was sitting next to Kathrine, and that's when I asked her out.

" Kathrine,"

" Yeah," she said in her sweet soft voice.

" um... I was wondering ... If you should want.....," I tried to think about what would happen if she said no.

" I was wondering if you wanted to the movies with me," I said shaking.

" of course, sweetie! What movie?"

" skyfall. At 9:30 on Wednesday. its at the theater on fields road," I said more confidently.

"Alright. I'll be there."

I stayed cool, but inside I was crazy! I couldn't believe she said yes! I felt like I was already there.
