The next day Emma was ready for school a horn honk she looks out the window and see's Edward with his car Emma heard footsteps by her door she turns to see Bella

Bella: Hey, Edward is giving us a ride

Emma: Alright

Bella leaves Emma doorframe once they got to halfway to the school

Emma: Hey, I can walk from here

Bella: Are you sure?

Emma: Yeah, see ya

Emma opens car door steps out close door starts walking. As Emma walks into the school, she feels a flutter in her stomach. The events of the day before are still fresh in her mind, and she's bracing herself for whatever may come. She heads towards her locker, her thoughts a tangle of worry and curiosity. Tyler is nowhere in sight, and part of her feels relieved. But she knows it's only a matter of time before he shows up and starts his persistent pursuit again. Emma reaches her locker, setting her backpack down as she fiddles with the combination. The sight of him is a mix of surprise and relief. She glances around, making sure Tyler isn't nearby. Days passes Emma can see Edward and Bella getting closer and closer. Billy in the wheelchair and Jacob came over to the Swan's house Emma is training outside the house while Bella cleaning the truck Emma is going through her routine, executing a series of kicks and punches with practiced precision. She's focused, intense, trying to clear her mind and release some tension. As Billy and Jacob arrive, Emma glances in their direction but continues her training, not wanting to disrupt her flow. Billy and Jacob seem amused by the spectacle, watching Emma's movements with piqued interest. Billy grins, calling out to her

Billy: Hey, Emma, you look like you're trying to kick the house down!

Emma pauses in her training, looking over at Billy with a playful smile. She wipes the sweat from her brow

Emma: Just working off some steam, that's all. Gotta stay sharp, you know?

Jacob, who has been quietly watching, steps a little closer, eyeing her training with a mix of curiosity and fascination. He quirks an eyebrow

Jacob: You're pretty good. Didn't know you were into kung fu

Emma grins, her gaze flickering from Jacob to Billy and back again. She rests her hands on her hips

Emma: I've been taking classes I was 4 years old. It's good for self-defense and staying in shape

Jacob's lips curl into a small smile as she explains. There's a hint of admiration in his expression

Jacob: Impressive. 4 years old, huh? You must be a black belt by now

Emma chuckles, slightly bashful at Jacob's praise

Emma: Yes I am

She glances back at her training spot for a moment before turning her attention back to Jacob. There's a sparkle in her eyes that speaks of her secret crush. Jacob seems to notice the shift in her demeanor. There's a subtle hint of understanding in his gaze, as if he senses something beneath the surface. He takes a step closer, his voice slightly softer

Jacob: Can you show me some moves?

Emma's heart flutters at the request. It's the perfect excuse to stay close to Jacob and continue their interaction. She grins, her confidence returning

Emma: Sure, I could show you a few things

Jacob smiles, his attention focused solely on her. There's an air of anticipation between them, as if they're both aware of something brewing beneath the surface. They move to a clear space on the lawn, and Emma starts demonstrating some basic kung fu techniques, explaining each one as she goes. Jacob pays close attention, his eyes following her every move. He tries to replicate the techniques, but his movements are clumsy in comparison. Emma laughs softly, encouraging him and correcting his form when needed. Despite his clumsiness, he doesn't seem to mind the closeness of their bodies, the touch of her hands on his arms and wrists to guide him. Emma and Jacob instinctively step apart as Charlie's voice booms out. They turn to see him approaching with beers in two hands. Charlie, oblivious to the tension between them, smiles warmly. Jacob looks slightly sheepish, while Emma tries to appear nonchalant. Charlie raises an eyebrow, looking back and forth between them
