Chapter 1.5 - Sudden Manifestation

Professor Wright checks the device trying to identify who or what is causing the space-time disturbance. While checking the device, power fluxes began to vibrate which made the device to short circuit and explode.

*Mr. Wright coughs as he leave the room and begin to head to the flux*

"I better go to the source of this strange energy waves." -Wright

*meanwhile on Rod's current position*

"Wh-where am I?"

"What is this?"

"God, this is so creepy."

I walked on this unknown place, the silence was so deafening that each of my step is the only thing i hear. I tried to pinch myself hoping that this was only a nightmare caused by my tiredness but it was no help. I have no choice but to explore this place...

As I walked more and further I reached another place which is particularly lighter than the place I was before. This place was more eerie though, I hear looming sounds and deep echoing sounds. I started to shiver when a green blob floated in front of me. It hovered in the air and circled me a few times and started to head north, I think "it" wants me to follow, I begin to follow...

Meanwhile on the real world, Professor Wright headed right to the energy waves and found himself in front of Mr. Blackfield's quarters. He typed the lock code and the door was about to open when a group of armed men aimed and later fired at him...

*On Rod's eyeview*

I have been following this "thing" for a while now but we seem to have no destination, but after a few moments, he stopped and faced left; I also faced where he faced... To my great surprise and astonishment...

We were already standing on space, I felt my feet become lighter and I was already floating in space. It was mesmerizing there, I saw galaxies and planets; comets and asteroids; black holes and nebulae. It was really great there. After that "it" faced behind us, which was the right side before we faced left...

Tears started to form when I saw that side... It was horrible, debris of rocks all floating on the dark space where no stars and galaxies to give light... I turned to face the blob but it was already fading to transparency, when "it" was completely gone, I began to feel heavy again and started to fall endlessly into deep space, because of shock I opened my eyes and I was lying on the floor...

I decided to head to the comfort room to freshen up a bit when in my amazement saw Professor Wright and armed men with guns aimed at him... Something was not right, Mr. Wright is freezed as if a video paused and also the men not moving, the bullets floating in mid-air, what's going on in here?

I looked on my wrist watch...

It was not moving...
