"That won't be needed as I have no plans to break up with him, so you can rest easy," Ericka replied with a grin.
None of them were happy except Makyl. Before, Issella used to have small talks with Orion at least, but now she's even stopped that.
Staid started dislikin' Ericka even more after that 'cause all of them have been cheerin' for Orion and Issella since high school.They ship them so hard, but this new girl messed it all up.
With a bit of awkwardness, they made it through their first year of college.
They greeted the new 1st-year students, and Susen was part of that crowd.
Susen ended up joining the Horror club too, since her cousin was also a member there.
"Woah! Susen, you keep trailing after your cousin everywhere," Makyl teased Susen, pulling a surprised face.
"Mr. Clown senior, she's like my sister from another mother, so I gotta stick with her," Susen sassily retorted.
"Ericka, I'm telling you, she's a total brat. Watch out for her," Makyl warned Ericka, feeling defeated by Susen.
"Now², Makyl, I'm sure we'll get along, right, Susen?" Ericka grinned, looking at Susen.
Susen, being Susen, stared annoyingly at Ericka, pouted, and turned away. She then moved close to Issella, sat next to her, and held her arms with her hands.
Things weren't going well for Ericka as the new member wasn't fond of her either.Despite being thick-skinned, Ericka attempted to engage in conversation with them. Sami made an effort to be friendly and was talking to her(Ericka).
At this point, Makyl was her only true friend.
Susen was also being mean to Orion by the way.
Two months after Susen joined the club, Ericka had to take leave because a family member wasn't feeling well.
On the first day without Ericka in the club, Susen annoyingly pointed out, "Orion, you are such a coward! I hate ya for it."
Orion knew why she was hating on him, he didn't say anything, with his eyes on the book, kept on munching his popsicle.
"And he's also a clown," Sami added.
"And let's not forget he's an asshole," Staid stated with a straight face.
"Stop attacking my Orion, you impudent bastards," Makyl said while hugging Orion.
Orion playfully wiped his tears and said, "Mama."
Issella, who was seated next to Orion, couldn't help herself and burst out laughing.
Susen, Issella, Orion, and Staid were seated on one side of the rectangular table, while Sami and Makyl were on the opposite side.
