"You rocked my world at first sight.
You made me disregard anyone who got close to me,with you around.
I always felt that it was just the two of us, that's all.
It wasn't like usual, it wasn't like falling in love, or liking, it wasn't like that at all."Amanda Vieira
Rosella parked the old truck in front of her new school, Bella was nervous, which worried her older sister, Ella knew that her sister was antisocial and that worried her slightly. So, determined, Ella promised herself that this year she would be by her sister's side, they would do everything together, unlike in previous years, when Rosella went out alone with her friends.
The walk to the school entrance was quick, Ella grabbed her materials and held her sister's hand, who was looking at their timetables, so that the older girl could guide them in the right direction.
— You're the Swan sisters, right? — A boy stopped them in the middle of the corridor — Rosella and Isabela. Hi, I'm Eric, I'm the eyes and ears of this place. If you need anything, a tour guide, a companion for lunch or an object to cry over.
— Ah... I'm more the type to suffer in silence. — Bella said shyly.
— Don't count on me.
— Nice headline, I'm from the newspaper and you're the front page.
— Oh, no, please. — Rosella looked at the Asian — Bella hates this kind of thing.
— Okay, no news.
The boy then left, leaving the Swan sisters. Rosella then picked up her timetable, hearing a thank you from her sister, for having cut to the chase with the boy. Rosella kissed her younger sister's forehead and smiled, then looked at her timetable to find out what her first lesson of the day would be.
— See you later? — Ella looked at her sister — I have literature now.
— Damn... Physical education.
— Good luck, Bella.
Ella said goodbye and then headed for her block, her eyes attentive to every detail of the place, people stared at her as Ella passed them, her sloping face and upright posture drew attention, and Swan knew exactly that.
It didn't take long for Rosella to find her classroom, she checked the paper once more before entering to make sure she wasn't in the wrong room, and when she saw that she was in the right place, she entered so that she wouldn't be late for her first class.
The room wasn't empty, there were lots of people, of course with their pots already formed, each with their own group, and as Ella looked around more carefully she found an empty seat next to a short girl, Ella smiled and then walked over to the table where she would possibly share with the girl.
