HARRY'S POV
'That actually sounds great.' Harry smiles as he feels a weight being lifted off his chest. How can he be so perfect? Wish I'd met him when I was younger.

'So, what do you wanna have for lunch today?'

'Oh, well there's this great little Italian nearby. They make the BEST tiramisu outside of Italy.'

'Italian it is. Do they deliver? I can always go pick it up.'

'They deliver.'

The pair sits closer on the sofa, reading through the menu on Harry's phone. Harry already knows what he's having but he doesn't mind his thigh grazing Louis' (some might even go as far as saying he likes it almost as much as he likes Louis). Once they order, Harry grabs a blanket from the basket next to him and hands it to Louis.
'I don't think we need a second one,' Louis blurts and Harry joins him underneath the warmth of the soft blanket. It feels as if they've done this before, there's no first-date anxiety to be found in the room. 'So, what are we watching?'

'I'd never say no to rewatching The Notebook. it's only my favourite film of all time.'

'Funny you should say that, I've never actually watched it.'

'How have you NEVER watched The Notebook?'

'I just haven't,' Louis shrugs.

'Okay we HAVE to watch it then!' Harry reaches for the remote on the coffee table and he turns the TV on. He looks for the film without noticing Louis staring at him. 'Here it is!'

'Darling, should we wait for the food to get here? Doesn't look like you'd like it if we had to pause the film.'

'Yeah, I really wouldn't like that.' Is he like reading my mind or something?

'Soooo... are you feeling better now?'

'Much better, thank you. Just sometimes I get these waves of anxiety. And I know it's irrational but I can't stop myself?'

'You don't have to feel anxious around me, love. I know we haven't known each other for that long but I want you to feel comfortable around me.'

'I— I do.' Louis smiles at the response and takes Harry's hand in his once again. The pair stays there, in calming silence, staring at each other's eyes for what feels like a moment but also hours (it was around five minutes).
