As the sun set on the desert the air grew still and the stars began to appear in the sky. In the distance, a lone figure could be seen walking towards the horizon. He was a Pitch for the Music Guild, a seeker of gateways where you push the floor and his name was Spring Launcher. He had been wandering the desert for months searching for something he could not name. He felt the pull of the cosmos, the urge to reach out and touch the stars themselves. And so he sang. His voice was like a birds—clear and sweet and full of longing. As he sang, he felt a stirring in the air, a ripple of energy that he knew came from beyond the world he knew. He closed his eyes and let the music flow through him out into the vastness of the universe. And then something shifted. A glimmer of light caught his eye and he opened his eye to see a crystal agate glowing before him, glowing with a pulsing light. Spring Launcher reached out to touch it and as his fingers brushed the cool surface he felt a surge of power flow through him. He knew then, he had found what he was looking for. With the crystal in his hands, he could channel the forces of the cosmos, fix them to the crystal with his voice and create something new and wondrous.
