chapter -1: dipper

She was gone. No trace was left. The portal was still glowing but gravity returned and grunkle stan and me fell to the ground and i quickly got up and ran over to the portal, searching for a button, a switch anything to get her back " mabel!! Come back!! I mean it!!! please!! I want her back!!!" I pled but there was nothing I could do but then i turned to stan " YOU CAUSED THIS!!!" I screamed " im sorry! I didn't think that would happen!?" Said stan and i was still livid " WHAT DID YOU THINK WAS GOING TO HAPPEN!?!?!?!?" I shouted " i thought i was going to get my brother back!" Said Stan and I became confused" wait, you have a brother?" I asked " yes, and i lost him, through this portal 30 years ago and i rebuilt it to save him ..... I failed" said stan and for a brief moment i felt bad " well then, lets start rebuilding this portal" said dipper " no way!! This monsterous thing has claimed two family members. Im not letting it claim any other'' said stan and i breathed in. Before launching into a meltdown " ARE YOU STUPID OR SOMETHING!? THIS IS OUR FAMILY!! YOUR TELLING ME YOU SPENT 30 YEARS TRYING TO SAVE YOUR BROTHER BUT WHEN THINGS GO WRONG YOU LEAVE MABEL AND YOUR BROTHER!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT I DON'T WANT ANYMORE TO DO WITH YOU!!!!!!!!!!!" I screamed then i marches upstairs right past the agents and began to pack a bag, i grabbed my journal, a few of mabel's sweaters to remember her by, a flashlight, a few things to make a fire and then i marched outside, i didn't have a plan, i just needed to figure out a way to save mabel weather it was by biulding a new portal, summoning something, or using gravity falls weirdness i was going to get her back but then soos ran up to me " wow dude, that was one heck of a outburst" said soos " i meant it, if he refuses to help me, I'll find my way, do you want to come?" i said " no, but i will stay in touch" said soos and then we hugged and i walked up to the bus and handed him the 78 dollars i had " please take me as far away as you can with that money" i said then he took the money and i was the only person on the bus so I took a seat in the back, and began to stare out the window and the same thought kept repeating my head ;i have to find her.

When the bus stopped it was in a forest but It was a different kind of forest than gravity falls " where are we?" I asked " i drove you across state lines without knowing it, i think your in Arizona but this is as far as i can take you" said the bus driver and i began repacking my bag " is there a rest stop close?" i asked " there should be a gas station about five miles from here" he said then i got off the bus into the heavy sun and looked around, i had never been this far west but i had to start walking so i entered the woods and began walking the direction the bus driver had pointed, luckily the sun was setting so the heat wasn't too bad " ok, what's my plan?" i asked myself because i hadn't truly figured out what i was going to do and how i was going to do it " ok i'll get to the rest stop and buy some supplies" i said but then i reached into my pocket. nothing ' great. now i'm broke and homeless' i said as i was stranded in arizona, i wouldn't dare try to go home to my parents, they would be livid if i came back without mabel, and stan i would more likely strangle but i had to keep going as i wasn't sure, but i'm pretty sure coyotes are in arizona so i just kept walking till eventually i found the gas station, luckily it was pretty destitute so when i came in i just looked around, trying not to make eye contact with the people at the cash register but after a few minutes of looking a kid tapped my shoulder, he had a pin saying his name " uh, kid we are closing in 10 minutes, what do you want?" he asked and i just broke down in tears ' i want my sister back!!" i cried and he just backed away ' sure dude, just take as long as you want" he said and i just sat down in the aisle and tried my hardest to stop crying. it wasn't working and soon a old lady who i'm guessing owned the store walked up to me " are you ok?" she asked " well, my great uncle had this weird interdimensional portal in his basement, and when my twin sister refused to turn it off, she got sucked through and my grunkle refused to turn it back on, i don't have money and i don't know how to help her, and she must be scared!!" i said and i couldn't tell if she belived me or not but then she handed me a 100 dolar bill " wahts this for?" i asked ' if youer going to be crossing dimensions, you're going to need some money' she said and i whole-heartedly believed it " thank you" i said and they they decided to let me stay the night there so when all the lghts went out i sared into the darkness, thinking of everybody i would miss, and i was missing mabel more then i had ever missed anyone before but then i sneezed and myabe my mind was just trying to trick me but i though i heard someone out there in the sky, sneeze at the same time. i was about to fall alseep when i saw a boy trying to pick the lock, but tihs boy had wings " who are you!!" i yelled and he got scared and fell through the door " 'im sorry! i'm so sorry!!" he yelled nd that threw me off gaurd " who are you?" i asked " my names lex, and this isn't the fairy bank is it?" he asked " no, this is a gas station" i said and he walked closer to me " who are oyu and what are you doing sleeping in a gas station?" he asked and i explained my whole story to him and he smirked " well whoever biult that portal didn't have fairy magic" he said and i couldn't believe my ears ' wait? your gonna help me?" i asked ' yeah, i love helping people" he said and i smiled. we were gonna save mabel.
