1: I recoment meditation so you calm your mind before you start and make sure you are tired

2: lay down in a starfish position (make sure no limps are touching) you can play subliminals but its optional

3: start counting to 100 or from 100 likr 1...2...3 or 100...99..98..

4:while counting say affirmations like "I am shifting" or "I can shift"

5: yoy might feel like floating or twitching but don't move or panic just focus on yiur breathing keep it slow

6: after your down counting visualise your dr and if you have a hard time visualising. How does it smell? Try to feel your Dr use yoru otger senses if you cant see it keep saying affirmations and visualise your Dr until you fall asleep

(This might take a while so don't lose hope it's rare to shift the first times. DONT LOSE HOPE!
