" . . . . . . WHAT" Izuku yells in surprise and shock

"Well, the fact that you're yelling out of surprise from what I said answers my question" Rosie said not surprised by his reaction

"Sorry Ms. Rosie" Izuku said out of habit

"Oh, there's nothing wrong about your yelling dear you're not the first new sinner I had to introduce to Hell, also please call me Rosie dear" she said

"Oh, then um how does . . ." Izuku said stopping himself from finishing his sentence

'Wait did I die I don't remember dying, but I do remember falling into a Red Portal after All for one forced several quirks into me I should ask Ms.- I mean Rosie some questions before I look for a way back Home' he thought questioning everything about what happened to himself

"Um Ms.- I mean Rosie do people usually not remember their death when they get to Hell" he asked in a questioning tone

"I mean it depends on some sinners, so I can't really tell you. Why do you not remember how you died, Midoriya?" she said then asked in a kind manner

"Um not really no" he said still confused if he did die or not

"Well then since you seem nicer than most newcomers to Hell how about I offer you a deal" she said with a kind smile

"Um if I make a deal with you, I won't lose my soul or anything right" he said wondering if he should run or not

"Oh, good heavens no, however if you accept, I would like a favor that could be cashed in at any time my choosing and in return I tell you all you need to know about Hell" she said in a calm tone

"I won't be hurting anyone if I do this favor right" he said questioning her

"Maybe or maybe not I can't tell you the future" she said truthfully

'I do need to know how Hell works if I am going to stay here for the time being, however, there is the possibility that she might try to make me do her dirty work' Izuku thought weighing the pros and cons of this deal

"I have a counteroffer Rosie" he said with a plan in mind

"Hmm" she hummed in curiosity

"I accept your deal if only the favor involves me not hurting anyone in anyway" he said with determined in his eyes

Rosie looked at Izuku with a narrowed glance then she changed her expression to that one of a smile of Pride

"Your definitely braver and smarter than most of the sinners I had the pleasure meeting" she said

"So, deal or no deal" Izuku said instinctively put out his hand to shake

"You Midoriya have yourself a deal" she said accepting the handshake

As she did that a green flame covers both Izuku and Rosie's hands with a contract appearing in-between them. The experience of this shocked Izuku but reminded Rosie of an old friend of hers.

(Author: Quirk - Dealmaker - gives the user the ability to persuade people into excepting the user's deal however this doesn't always work if a person is strong willed. If a person accepts the user's deal, the user must shake hands with the person they make a deal with or else that deal is invalid. Once the user shakes hands with the other person flames cover both of their hands and a contract will appear in-between them. This contract will have the agreed deal on it. The contract can't be destroyed unless the user tears up the contract. If either party breaks the contract, they will be issued a random punishment that varies depending on how serious the contract is.)
