Chapter 6: A night out & kidnapping

• Izumi pov •

After changing I decided to sneak out so I climbed out my window and left. I just walked through the neighborhood to get fresh air and maybe get something to eat. I sigh as I saw a playground and decided to go on the swings. I sat down and all I can think about was how my life was before. I couldn't remember a lot due to my attempt but I still remembered something's. I remembered when me and Kacchan would play hero's and villains. I would always be the villain which bothered me but I couldn't do much he had a quirk and I didn't.

I stopped swinging on the swing and decided to walk around more, I ended up going to a tall building and sitting on the edge of the roof. It kind of reminded me of my attempt but now I have a reason to live. I have to protect my brother and my family... that's my only reason to live now.

Still sitting on the edge I hear foot steps and I turn my head. It was Dabi someone I didn't expect to see again. "Why so close to the edge? Thinking about jumping?" He asked. I just stared at him and smiled as I looked back at the city view. "Nope... I can't do that I already failed before why try again..." was all I said. He then sat next to me and stared at the same view I was. "So you did try before... why?" I waited a few seconds before answering his question. "I was tired... I was always bullied for being different... I would get beaten by my best friend every day at school... the girls would always body shame me. One day 3 girls cornered me and one of them cut my hair." I say as I touched my hair. Dabi was just staring letting me know he was listening. "That day after school my best friend told me to jump off the roof and I did. I didn't think he'll be the one to holding me and crying once I fell. I knew he was there... he was the only one there when I felt myself dying. All he did was hold me telling me that 'it's going to be ok and help is coming'. He just kept apologizing and telling me that when I get better he'll be different and treat me better." I wanted to cry but I couldn't let him see me cry it'll make him think I'm weak.

"Sorry that happened..." was all he said to me I then brought my happy mood back "Nah it's ok it's all in the past, though he was right he did change... I haven't see him since they found out I killed the girls who cut my hair." I said and I giggled remembering when I ended their lives. He then got up hand held his hand to me, I hesitated but I ended up taking his hand. I got up and he just pulled me close. I stared at his eyes and scars they're so beautiful, my eyes then turned to hearts the only feature that showed when I was with him. He chuckled at the sight of the hearts " I didn't know your eyes can shape themselves as hearts" he said and all I did was blush. " I didn't know either but it only happens when I'm around you..." was all I told him. He just stared into my eyes and i stared back at his, my stomach felt like it was going to explode and I knew I looked like a strawberry from how much I was blushing.

"Dabi..." "hm?" I waited for a few seconds I wanted to confess that I was in love with him but we just met it would be weird, like who the hell falls in love with a man they just met! My lips trembled a little and pulled away from him. I knew he noticed but It didn't matter to me I just wanted some time to think and now I'm here with the man I'm in love with. "Um sorry I think I have to go... me and my brother got into an argument but I have to make sure he's ok.." I tell him "Oh alright then want me to walk you there?" He offered but I had to turn him down. "That would be nice but my brother doesn't know I left..." "So you snuck out? Either way I'll walk you." He said I smiled and nodded.

After he walked me home I sat on my bed thinking about him. My brother then came into my room to check on me but noticed I wasn't sleeping. "Why are you still awake?" "... I couldn't sleep." Was all I could say, I hated arguing with him I know he's looking out for me but he's just too overprotective sometimes. I then got up and ran up to my brother hugging him.

• Tomura pov •

I went to Izumi's room to check on her only to see that she was awake. After asking what she was doing awake all she said was that she couldn't sleep. She then ran up to me as hugged me, I was surprised at the hug but I hugged her back. "I'm sorry brother..." she said, I didn't say anything but I did nod so that she'll know I forgave her. Even if I was at fault I wouldn't accept that I was wrong, I just don't like the guy and he was getting too close to Izumi. She ended up cuddling on to me the whole night so I had to sleep in her room. After that everything was back to normal.

• before attempting to kidnap Bakugo •

• Toga pov •

"Hey hey! Special delivery from Tomura! He wants us to bring these along when we go so I guess there's enough for all of us" I say skipping inside a warehouse. "Come on I'm ready.. let's hurry up and do this." Muscular man said "it's still too early besides don't forget he said we shouldn't do anything flashy." A boy said "yea he acted like a spoiled little brat when we first met him, but suddenly he's began to take charge." Dabi says standing up "This is gonna be nothing but a warning shot, but pull those false hero's from their shining pedestals and in doing so we'll create a bright new future for this world." He said smiling.

• A couple hours later •

"Ugh! I do not like this it's so not cute" I say "You should be grateful that they work not that they're pretty" "I'm just saying it could be more stylish!" I complain and then suddenly I hear another voice " hi darlings sorry to keep you waiting" the voice said and some random person says get to work repeatedly. "That makes seven of us." Dabi says while the muscular man complains that he wants to get started and not stand around. "Shut your mouth you crazy bastard... we wait. We're still waiting for a few more people to join our crazy party. The league of Villains made a mistake by getting a bunch of thugs at the USJ. It's better if we go in a small group of elites...the first thing we have to do is take their since of peace and show them their lives rest in our hands."

• next day •

Dabi then started a fire while all of us got into our positions for the attack. I was so happy that Izumi joined us sadly she couldn't Join the actual action but she was still here somewhere! I'm definitely going to impress her and show that I'm cap of joining the league of Villains.

• Izumi pov • 

I was up on a cliff looking at the fire Dabi put and the purple mist Mustard had put. Tomura assigned me to look out so I decided to wear my villain costume just in case. I could tell the fighting already started and I was going to check it out but then I heard muscular talking to a little boy. I was surprised to see the little boy, I didn't know there was a kid here. Muscular was going to kill the boy but I acted before he got the chance to get close to the little boy. "What are you doing? Leave the kid alone." I say to him. "Who the hell are you? Get out of the way I'm going to kill this kid." "You're not going to do that Tomura wants you to attack UA students not this kid." I say frowned for what he wanted to to the boy. I turn around to look at the boy "I'm Izumi what your name?" "K-Kota..." he responds with a trembling voice. Muscular then attacks me as Kota backs away in fear. I goan in pain due to the surprise attack. "You shouldn't have gotten in my way!"

We started fighting but I had to make sure Kota was safe, suddenly water was splashing on Muscular and he turned to see that it was Kota. "L-leave her alone!" Kota yelled muscular was about to attack him but I ended up knocking him out. I then pick up Kota holding him close to me as he hugs me trembling from what happened. The fight was already over and Kacchan was kidnapped so it was my cue to leave. I then dropped off Kota to the hero's "KOTA!" One of the cat hero's yelled. I put down Kota and gave him a kiss on the head. "Take care.. ok Kota?" I say as he nodded his head. I then entered a warp gate that Kurogiri summoned. "Brother you chose the worst people to join." I say to Tomura while stretching. "What happened to you?" He said narrowing his eye at the sight of my injuries. "Muscular happened.. he's strong but not that strong he managed to get a couple hits on me when I was off guard." I say as I got on the counter of the bar. "Izumi please get off the counter." Kurogiri said as he passed me something's to heal my wounds. I listened and sat on one of the bar chairs instead while healing my wounds.

I saw the rest of the league and Kacchan straped onto a chair. "Oh shoot I forgot they were here." I said getting up and walking up to Kacchan. He looked up at me shocked and I just smiled down at him. "Hi Kacchan" I said as I looked at him.
