Ron excused himself as he gently helped her lay down on her bed again. As soon as Ron left, she reevaluated her life now.

First, she was now Arabella Henituse, she should have died in a few days (she had asked today's date) if she had never woken up. In a few days, her "orabeoni" would get injured then beaten up by the protagonist.

Second, her transmigration. It would have been understandable if she went into a man's body. The most cliche thing would be Kim Rok Soo taking over Cale Henituse's body. But since she woke up in a woman's body, her second time being a woman mind you, made her think if it was the Fates' doing. Because it sounded like they were doing it.

Third, this world. She was inside of a novel, which she had confirmed during her conversation with Ron Molan. She was a dead extra that was basically made out to be Beacrox's first and last love to make a lot of people feel sympathy towards him, especially the people with working brains about the fact that he's blinded by revenge as well.

Well, it wasn't because of the secret organization's fault she died. There were speculations of course, due to the timing of the Harris Village massacre and Choi Han's arrival in Rain City. But it was specifically mentioned that Arabella Henituse is a sickly child, which she had inherited from her mother.

(There was a nagging feeling at the back of Kim Rok Soo's head that there was something else.)

Lastly, her identities. If going through the latest to oldest identity in that order; Arabella Henituse, Kim Rok Soo, Percilla Rhea Jackson.

One is a sickly young miss of the richest family in the kingdom that was meant to die in a few days, in her sleep mind you, so her being awake made her avoid that death flag. One is the Team Leader(a male!) of the only team with 0% death rate, a Grade 1 multiple ability user, and was called Korea's War God. And the other was a demigoddess turned Goddess, whose cause of death is still unknown. She knows that red is the color of her blood, it would be a problem if her blood is gold with this body, meaning she was back to being a demigoddess. She had the immune system of a sick person but the body durability of a demigoddess.

She could only hope that there would be no monster or anything coming after her ass, because that would be a problem. She didn't have Anaklusmos or Riptide to fight them all off, especially with a body like this, no matter how durable it is.

She could use her powers that she got from her Godly parent, but it would catch attention. Meaning she had to rely on Ancient Powers, there were already that which came to mind, there's one that's within the territory. But she doubts that her family would let her go out in her condition.

Guess she has to rely on her shitty luck to have someone trustworthy to accompany her.

When Ron left the young miss's room, he knew he had to let the count know. By all means, she didn't want to sleep, even after crying so much. And somehow, that made his old cold heart soften, that bright affectionate girl cried her heart out for the mother she lost, and he could see the same way his son cried about his late mother as well.

Gathering his thoughts and expression, he went to Count Henituse's office, looking no worse for wear. But perhaps his son would've noticed the tightening around the corners of his eyes, perhaps even the so-called trash of the family would've seen the slight tremor in his pupils.

(And perhaps, his late lady, who had become his dear friend, would have noticed the minuscule upturn on her friend's lips. )

Nevertheless, Ron knocked crisply on the doors of his lord's office, and entered once he heard an affirmation. Surrounded by papers that would never pile up higher than three inches was Deruth Henituse, a simple yet elegant fountain pen in his hand. By his side were both the current Countess, Violan, and the second young master, Basen, helping him with his paperworks, with their personal aides assisting them as well. He looked up upon seeing that it was Ron who entered, and placed the fountain pen down.
