"Yuvraj, please," I whispered, my voice breaking. "Don't do this."
"Get up," he ordered, his voice as cold as ice.
Tears streamed down my face. "Please, I'll do anything. Just don't make me-"
"Step on the glass," he interrupted, his eyes burning wit...

The afternoon sun cast long shadows through the large windows of my study, but the light did little to lift the heaviness that hung over the room. Aisha had finally calmed down after her emotional breakdown, but her pain was still etched into every line of her face. I had made sure she ate something, even though she had no appetite. Her body needed the sustenance, and it was my duty to ensure she was cared for, no matter how difficult the circumstances.
The doorbell's chime echoed through the house, signaling the arrival of Viraj, Yashraj, and Alia. I glanced at Aisha, who was sitting quietly on the sofa, her eyes distant. "I'll be back in a moment," I said gently. "Try to relax; I'll let you know when they're here."
As I made my way to the door, I took a deep breath, trying to calm the storm of thoughts swirling in my mind. The meeting was crucial. Viraj and Yashraj needed to be informed about the full extent of Chacha Ji's manipulations, and Alia's presence was essential for her perspective and support.
Opening the door, I greeted my brothers and Alia with a forced smile. "Thank you for coming. Please, come in."
The room was charged with an intense energy as Aisha sat before us, her posture a mix of determination and fatigue. I glanced at my brothers and Alia, each of them poised to absorb the gravity of the situation. Aisha had taken the time to gather her thoughts, but the emotional weight of her words was palpable.
I motioned for her to begin, and with a deep breath, she started to recount the events that had led to this moment.
Aisha's Explanation
"I... I don't know where to start," Aisha began, her voice trembling. "But I need you to understand everything that has happened. It's all so tangled."
She took another deep breath and continued, "It all began with the anonymous letter that Prisha received. It suggested that she sleep with her boss to get a promotion. I didn't know who sent it at the time, but it was sent with the intent to ruin her reputation. I later discovered that Chacha Ji was behind it."
Aisha's eyes filled with tears as she continued. "Chacha Ji manipulated Prisha into believing that I had advised her to sleep with her boss. He used that letter to destroy her career and her life. He made her the scapegoat for his own plans. And when Prisha was forced into a corner, Chacha Ji used that situation to publicly shame her, spreading false rumors about her being a 'promiscuous' employee who slept with her boss for a promotion."
The room fell silent. Viraj's face was a picture of disbelief and anger. "Are you saying Chacha Ji was orchestrating all this from behind the scenes? That he used Prisha's situation to get revenge on you?"
Aisha nodded, her voice barely a whisper. "Yes. And there's more. When Prisha died, Chacha Ji and Chachi Ji made it look like it was all Prisha's fault. They manipulated me into marrying Yuvraj to further their scheme."
Viraj leaned forward, his expression softening but still serious. "Why would they want you to marry Yuvraj? What was their endgame?"
Aisha's voice cracked with emotion. "They knew I was vulnerable and they used that against me. They wanted to force me into a situation where I was isolated and dependent, so they could control the narrative and keep their secrets hidden. They thought they could ruin me completely."
