SUPRISE! (Denis Stoff)

Chapter 6

*Denis' pov*

I can't believe I kissed her. I kissed Lucie. She didn't push me away either. Like she actually let me kiss her. I hope things don't become awkward between us for the rest of the tour.

 I got out of my bunk and went to the kitchen type thing to make some coffee. As I got into the lounge I noticed Aura on the counter eating something out of a can and Lucie making coffee. "You want some?" She asked turning around still wearing my shirt. 

"Uh sure," I said while sitting on the couch. "Here you go," she said while handing me a cup of coffee. She sat down right as Aura jumped off the counter and ran over to the couch. In all honesty. I think Lucie is really super pretty. 

"Look, about the kiss, I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking again I'm really sorry," I looked at her to notice her smiling. What the hell? 

"Its okay Denis. I didn't mind it. I was leaning in to so. I guess we're both at fault," she said while putting a leash on Aura. "Wanna help me walk Aura?" She asked getting up and putting on shoes. "Sure."

*Lucie's pov*

Me and Denis talked about the kiss. In all honesty I wish he would kiss me again but, I know he won't. We walked Aura around for a bit, the only reason we went back was because the guys started to freak out and kept calling mine and Denis' phone.

 When we got back Taylor started to yell at us saying that we were out to long and that we could have been late to the show. Not that I really payed attention.

*Later that night*

After Taylor got done yelling at us we got to the first venue of the second part of the tour. I would be helping with the merch while Taylor took pictures of the band. 

I helped set up the merch table and got the display up. When they opened the doors, I almost had a mini heart attack. So many people ran in and got in line for merch. I almost sold all the merch I was given for this stop.

 It was unbelievable.

 During the show I got to sit back and relax and listen to the beautiful music the guys made. After the show very few people wanted merch. I helped pack up the left over merch and stuff. When I got back on the bus right as I sat down, Aura jumped up on my lap. 

"Hey pretty boy," I said as I scratched behind his ear. He purred as he laid down. Denis sat down next to me. "Hey," he said while pushing hair out of his face. "Hey," I said still petting the sleeping cat.

 "How was selling merch?" "Good, there was a lot of pushy people but other than that it was fun," I said. He just nodded and pushed more hair out of his face. I picked up Aura and put him in the bunk.

 I went back out into the lounge and saw everyone was back, and they brought alcohol. Taylor handed out some beers to the guys. "You want one?" Taylor asked holding out a beer. "No thanks. I don't drink," I said. 

Taylor shrugged and opened the bottle for herself. Once they finished the beer, they moved to shots. I noticed Denis wasn't drinking much. He had maybe 2 or 3 beers and that's it. "Hey Lucie! Come play truth or dare with us!" James yelled while patting the spot in between him and Denis. 

This could either be really fun or really awkward. Well. Let's go find out. James went first. He had to be wrapped in toilet paper like mummy. Next went Taylor. She had to put cat whiskers on her face. 

Then came my turn. I had to kiss Denis. He was sober enough to remember but everyone else won't. God Dammit. Fuck me in the penina. 

Denis slowly leaned in and my heart was racing. As soon as we kissed I heard a snap, someone took a picture of us. After a couple seconds I pulled away from Denis. 

We played a couple more rounds and then one by one people started to fall asleep. Denis and I were the only ones awake. "Lucie. Can I ask you a question?" Denis asked looking up at me. 

"What is it?" 

"Will you go out with me?"

 All I could do was stare with a blank face. "Think about that and ask me when your completely sober," I said getting up and going to my bunk. Tonight I got in my bunk without help. 

I heard Denis get in his bunk and yell at himself for being 'stupid, idiot, dumb, retarded, asshole, and a douche. I got out of my bunk and went to Denis' bunk. I looked at him and he had headphones in.

 I joined him in the bunk and just hugged him. He took his headphones out and looked at me. "I'm so sorry Lucie," was all I heard before he fell asleep.

 I didn't want to leave him so I stayed in his bunk and fell asleep next to him.
