Edaline turned away covering her mouth with her hands to muffle her sobs. She felt Alden move closer wrapping her up in a hug murmuring in her ear "It's okay, you're okay."

Edaline curled into the hug sobbing against Alden while he glared at her mother. She feels someone lift her off the ground carrying her into a beam of light then everything goes blank.

Edaline sat up coughing and spluttering as she managed to gasp "You splashed me."

"No," Alden corrected, pointing to Elwin as Edaline sat back "He splashed you."

"Why," Edaline asked, bolting upright again looking around the room "And where am I?"

"No reason to worry you're at Everglen" Alden said softly, holding her down as Edaline tried to get out of bed.

"And to answer your other question" Elwin said, flashing an orb of light around her chest "I splashed you because you have been unconscious for three hours and I was sick of waiting for you to wake up."

Alden laughed sadly "That and we were worried you weren't going to wake up," His face twisting into concern as Edaline groans clutching at her stomach.

"So, what have I missed," Edaline mumbled, wincing as her stomach churns.

"Well, um your parents no longer want you around them," he mumbled, watching her closely.

"Ughhh," Edaline groans forcing herself to swallow the bile rising in her throat
