Izuku midoriya had just had the worst day of his life, he just found out he was quirkless, now he will never be able to live his dream like his idol, The number one hero and symbol of peace, All might.
"I'm sorry but it's not happening." The voice of the doctor said.
"But doctor, are you sure that my son has no quick?, my husband has a quick that allows him to breath fire and I can pull small objects with my telekinesis." His mother Inko says while pulling izukus All might figure to her.
The doctor then explains that izuku was born with two joints making it impossible for him to have a quick.
Izuku couldn't believe it, all he had ever wanted was to be a hero. Into thanked the doctor for his time and took Izuku home but unknown to them the doctor made a phone to his close friend as soon as they lift his office.
"I see, I must say I'm quite interested in what you've told me."
"Of course Gerald, the boy well be a great experiment to help save your granddaughter."
"Bring him to me at once, kill his mother and project Shadow can begin..."
The midoriya apartment...
Inko got izuku home and the young boy immediately went to the computer waiching a video of All might saving people with a smile on his face as inko watched.
"Mom, can I still be a hero?"
The poor woman is devastated not just for son but also that her husband Hisashi has officially divorced her and abandoned her and her son. As she runs over and hugs her son telling him she's sorry.

Inko then decided to take Izuku out for ice cream not knowing this would be the last time she saw her son...
As the mother and her son were walking through the alleyway back home, she noticed a man wearing black clothes, with inko's motherly instincts telling her that he's dangerous as she picks up her son and begins to run but then...
"POW!!" The man had pulled out a pistol and shots inko in her back as inko falls dropping her son.
"Mom!!" The boy screams in tears running to help her.
"Iz- Izuku run!, leave me and run!" The woman says as tears pour out of Izuku's eyes, his mother the only family had lift is laying on the ground bleeding
'Why?, why can't I help her? Mom is gonna die and I'm doing nothing. If I just had a quick I could do something. But I'm just a quickless nobody who can't do anything.' Izuku thinks as the man grabs izuku and knocks him unconscious as he begins to walk away while pulling out a phone and calling a number.
"I got the kid and his mother has been delt with, bring the car around."
"Understood, I'll be right there this boy is the key to saving my granddaughter.
"Nice, now hurry up." The man says as the car pulls up he quickly gets in taking Izuku with him as inko watched tears in her eyes.
"Izuku..." she says
"MA'AM!" A booming voice says as inko weakly turns to see none other than All might!

A few minutes earlier...
All might also known as Toshinori Yagi Had just finished his patrol for the day about to head home when suddenly...
"POW!!"
Hearing the gunshot All might immediately jumps and Flys to the location.
'I must hurry and get there, someone could be hurt or worse!' He thinks as Toshinori makes it to the alley only to see a young woman laying on the ground bleeding.
"MA'AM!" He shouts immediately rushing to her hoping she's still Alive.
"A-All might?" Inko ask weakly.
"IT'S OKAY MA'AM I AM HERE, I'LL GET YOU TO A HOSPITAL!"
"My son..." she says making the symbol of peace look at her.
"My son... they took him..." inko says as all mights eyes widen.
"Please All might, my son admired you so much, he wanted to be a hero just like you, please, save him... he's all that matters." Inko says knowing shes not gonna make it.
"WHAT IS YOUR SONS NAME?" All might ask.
"Izu- izuku Midoriya, save him... All might." Those were the last words she spoke before dieing in the symbol of peace arms.
All mights smile fades as tears fall knowing once again he has failed to live up to his title as the symbol of peace as other pro heros and the police arrive.
'Miss midoriya i promise I will find your son and I will find the one responsible for this and bring them to justice.' Toshinori thinks making a lifelong promise that night he will find Izuku no matter how long it takes him.
In a hidden base...
The kid is waking up doctor, what do we do with him?" The man ask looking at doctor Gerald Robotnik.

The man nods leaving the room as Izuku wakes up.
"Wh-where am i, who are you?" Izuku ask looking at the doctor and noticing several other men and women in the room as well as the doctor turned to izuku.
"Ladies and gentlemen today we will create the ultimate lifeform, a weapon that can't be stopped, a weapon that can defeat All might, Endeavor and even All for one himself!" He says before pointing at Izuku.
"You my boy, will be our weapon, our greatest creation.
"Please let me go! I don't want this!" Izuku shouts as doctor Gerald grabs an oxygen mask putting it on the boys face as Izuku begins to lose lose consciousness.
'All might... somebody, help...' was Izuku's last thoughts before going unconscious not knowing that when he woke up he will no longer be izuku midoriya but the ultimate weapon Shadow.
