* one year later *
Right now I was at the beach with my boyfriend tavarius and keshia who is 3 and sherra , Shawn and laylani
" stop playing " I said when he pushed me in the water tavarius was laughing
" I got you " I said he chuckled and kissed me we layed down in the sand and watched keshia play
He closed his eyes as I put on my music my perfect time I grabbed keshia sand castle bucket and put some sand in it I spread it on him
" bae" I said
" yes ahhh" he said yelling he jumped up and screamed
" sand in my eyes and mouth " he said yelling I was dying in laughter
" not funny " he said I kissed him I grabbed my stuff and we walked to the car
" meet y'all at red lobster" I yelled to sherra and Shawn laylani was riding with us
We went home I took a shower and put on my over sized red bulls jersey and black skinny jeans and my sandals I put my hair in bun
I got keshia dressed in jeans and a pink shirt and her flats
" I'm ready " I said to tavarius
" ok let's go " he said I got in the car and we drove to red lobster sherra and Shawn wasn't here
" table for 6 five adults and one child " I said the man nodded and sat us I look over at keshia to see her looking out the window
"What's wrong " I said to her
" do you think daddy will try to kill us again " she said for a three year old she knows a lot
" no baby " I said hugging her we did almost got killed by micheal
Flashback
Me and keshia were going to the mall to buy clothes when we got out the house we headed the the car when someone in all black headed toward us he grabbed us and put us in the back of the van I was crying and holding keshia in my arms
When the van stopped he took us out and into a house he tied us up in chairs and left the room I saw my phone in my pocket I reached for it and put the police on dial and told them to listen and hold on micheal came in the room I hid my phone under me
"Why are we here " I said
" cause I'm about to kill you first you leave me and now you have custody of my child that isn't even yours wow" he said I knew it was micheal
" where are we" I said
" North pointe avenue 115" he said dumb ass said the address I heard sirens in the distance I heard the door knock down and saw the FBI taking him away and uniting us
I kneeled down and hugged keshia and micheal got arrested

" maliya maliya"I hear tavarius say
" yes" I said
" you ok" he said I nodded and looked at my menu and ordered my food when I looked up everyone was staring at me

" what's the matter"they said at same time
"nothing ok " I said annoyed
" I know some things up tell me" tavarius said
" nothing ok gosh" I said I got up and walked out the resturant started walking I don't know where
" maliya maliya" I heard tavarius say I ignored him
" leave me alone "I turned Around and it wasn't him it was a guy in black I started running I tried to run in the restaurant but he pulled me by the hair I was screaming I dropped my purse he stuffed me in van I cryed its happening again
Micheal POV
I heard maliya voice scream I ran out the resturant a d saw a black van driving away and her purse on the street with a note
I took your girl and might kill her you better come get her
I got scared I took the note and her purse I walked in the restaurant and sat I showed the note to Shawn and sherra
Laylani went home already sherra started tearing up I saw keshia crying why is she crying
" what happened baby" I said
" bad guy took mommy" she said
Oh shit I think it's her ex I think she still has her phone I looked In her purse it was gone that means she has it we all. Went to my house and discussed some stuff everyone went home I drove keshia to ms.Tasha house ( maliya used to live with her) and went back home I started to tear up
