Chap 2

The next morning...

*insert morning music here*

You woke up to the sound of your parents arguing over something. You climbed out of bed and tip toed about halfway downstairs.

"I tell you, having her meet my friend's sons is the best option!" Your mom argued.

"But she's already going to a school! We can pay the school to arrange something that involves her and another boy!" Your dad argued back.

"But that will take forever! It will be much easier to just prance on over to my friends-. Did you see that?"

"See what darling?"

"I thought I saw a floating boy."

'Oh crud. My parents are going insane' You thought. 'I don't wanna see anymore of this nonsense'.

You raced back to your room and flopped on your bed. You were bored out of your mind! You took a glance at the clock.

8:15

'I can't believe I woke up this early'

You were bored so you checked your phone. Several texts from (R/G/N). You scrolled through them.

(R/G/N): (Y/N)?

(R/G/N): Are you there?

(R/G/N): Please don't tell me you died?!

You decided to text back.

Me: Fine. I won't tell you if I died.

"And, send," you said to no one.

Minutes later her responded.

(R/G/N): Oh good. So, you comin' to the park to hang out?

Me: No, sorry. I've gotta pack since we're moving.

(R/G/N): WAIT WHAT?!?!

After that he started complaining about how you shouldn't leave, how it's perfect where you are, and more.

You just ignored him and shut off your phone. You were so bored. You lay and bounced on your bed. You took a glimpse of your bookshelf.

'Eh. Might as well'

You took (Favorite Book [F/B]) off the shelf. You started reading a few pages until your mother came in your room.

"(Y/N), I have to talk to you."

"Sure mom, what is it?"

"When we move, I'm going to set you up with my friends eldest son," she looked down.

"WHAT?!?!"

"I'm so sorry (Y/N). Don't worry it'll be okay," she pulls you into an embrace and puts a hand on your head.

You don't respond.

After a few minutes, she lets go and exits.

"My life is over."
